Next outlaw the application of city ordinances to private citizens. Only the legislature can create law.
That's difficult when you get to rural America and small municipalities. They have to have the freedom to operate but it should be illegal to implement ordinances that go against or try to supplant the constitution as the law of the land.

Either that congressman gets every judge’s commitment they will support the passed law or just one misaligned Obama or Biden appointed judge is going to do a nationwide ban.
Which will be overturned in short order. Those judges have no authority and are not legal anyway. They follow British law (maritime) which has been replaced by common law. All judges will now be trained in Constitutional law before appointment.
No, that's wrong. The so-called Constitutional law they claim to follow is nothing but corporate statutes masquerading as law. The UNITED STATES is a corporation registered in Delaware, not a lawful government. Judges are nothing more than administrators of commercial contracts under maritime/admiralty jurisdiction, which has nothing to do with sovereign men and women. I have not consented to contract with their system, and unless they can produce a valid contract with my wet-ink signature binding me to their corporate codes, they have no authority over me. Common law jurisdiction belongs to the people, not corporate actors in black robes. We don't want to expand the power of these judges, we need to put them back in their box, only making rulings on corporate disputes.

I'm just gonna leave this here and yall can down vote me all you want but the 1st AMENDMENT GUARANTEES EVERY PERSON RELIGIOUS FREEDOM. So if these people want to live under their laws that's fine, but they must live under the laws of their state and this country first, that includes Christian behavior and values. Now where the line gets drawn is in our totally screwed judicial system. But adding more laws on top of laws only creates more loopholes for these leftists judges to use.

Instead of banning all of their law, it can be emphasized that it is illegal to implement any type of coercion in that law (or any other law) that punishes people for their belief in God. I have spoken to tolerant Muslims who say they recognize Jesus as a prophet. We have lived with Muslims all along without conflict, so there is a way to do it. They are incompatible with our Constitution, and must not be allowed to attack other faiths. Any law that violates our Constitution, whether religious or not, cannot be legal here.
