Men and women lead differently, and the body of Christ needs both. Men may bring decisive action, but women often bring the relational strength that keeps movements alive when the fire burns hottest. God never designed His people to choose one over the other.
Look at Scripture: Deborah judged Israel when no man would stand. Esther risked her life to deliver her people. Mary carried the Word made flesh. Lydia built the early church. From Genesis to Revelation, God raises up women to lead when His people need them most. Who are we to overlook the ones He sends?
Our mission as believers is not tidy. It’s not simple. It’s herding big cats through chaos while house cats juggle kittens, hyenas circle, and the tank of catfish must not spill. That is what God has asked us to steward. And it will take more than one kind of leader.
If we leave talent on the table, if we silence the women God has raised up in this very moment, then we are not just overlooking them — we are resisting Him. We can’t and won’t know with out a close walk a great deal of discernment and submission to God. That is true for all of us.

I disagree. Men have plenty of emotion. In fact what separates Trump from other quote unquote leaders it is obvious he makes so many of his decisions from emotion. Not just what looks good or what adds up in terms of numbers or what is most likely to pass by both parties but what he feels in his heart and in his gut. And so far, he hasn't done us wrong once because of that. Everytime Trump does or say something that makes no sense, I know it's his heart seeing what eyes don't see.
You're welcome to disagree. Trump has plenty of emotion. And uses it, as he should. I didn't say men were devoid of emotion. I just said that they don't make decisions based solely off of it. We might feel an emotion in the moment, but logic kicks in and we consider options. The situation may call for major retaliation in the initial phase. But if one stops and puts rational thought into that retaliation before flying off the handle, then you will get a stronger outcome with logic. Ever read The Art of the Deal? President Trump is a master at this sort of thing.
