Just about every problem I've had with my body has been related to stress, hydration, lack of rest or vitamin deficiency. Eat better, avoid stress and get solid sleep.
THIS!!!
I have first-hand experience.
Get a more natural form. AVOID any B vitamin type that starts with "cyano".
Look at the form on the back carefully.
That is synthetic B vitamin. The "Cyano" stands for cyanide!
You want the type of B vitamin that starts with "methyl"
Buy potassium chloride, magnesium malate, and some natural salt. Make your own LMNT for pennies. Hydration is important but if you just drink filtered water, it acts as a solvent and can flush minerals out of your body. You need to add electrolytes (salt).
A huge percentage of people can't methylate B vitamins properly. Taking B vitamins won't work. You need something like a methylated B complex.
I use potassium chloride and I switched from magnesium citrate to magnesium glycinate to avoid "loose stools" caused by the former. Also D3, K2, C, B12, zinc, nattokinase, L-lysine, N Acetyl-L-Cystein, turmeric & black pepper and sea salt, combined with a diet of healthy meat, fish, eggs, lettuce, vinegar and herbs. No refined carbs.
The magnesium prevented migraines, muscle-cramps, leg muscle "ripples" and "restless legs". The potassium cured tachycardia and arrhythmia. The rest of the stuff boosts the immune system. I take methylene blue occasionally. Also Hydroxychloroquine.
What do you consider to be "good" salt? I take magnesium, and eat bananas for potassium, but I just eat regular table salt. I tried himalyan salt, but found out it's lacking in iodine, so went back to table salt. I am constantly having weird muscle cramps like MamaChz asked.
In my feet and ankles- I thought maybe dehydrated or the shoes I was wearing - I switched shoes and it has helped. My sister complaining about this too and was trying magnesium to help.
A few months ago it started on my right hand thumb. A muscle would spasm for around 20 minutes and stop. It was really only a problem at night falling asleep - woke me a couple of times. Did some research and many say its a Magnesium deficiency so I just ate some Cashews and it went away and hasn't returned.
If everyone is in the same household and suddenly having spasm, I would yeah, check in with doctor or something, could be environmental or in food. Something you are all exposed to. Could be stress, could be a toxin in house/air, something your all eating? IDK, did your family start a new diet? New vitamin intake? Been spraying pesticides around the yard? Have old pesticide containers around the house? Not trying to scare anyone just, if everyone is suddenly having them or the symptoms are getting worse, I would rather be safe than sorry. I only bring up pesticides because, know a fam that had that happen, they all kept getting flu symptoms and it turned out they were being poisoned by an old weedkiller container that was under they home in a half basement that had corroded through and toxins were seeping up into the home.
My daughter doesnt live with us. No change in diet, vitamins etc. snd we havent sprayed anything. Thought it was just odd that in a span of about 2 weeks all 3 of us were having muscles spasms. Ty for your thoughts
So, today without any warning twinge or pain, my lower back to around my left pelvis went into a spasm and I dropped to the floor. For reference, I'm a chiropractor and I take Magnesium often. I got adjusted, took an Epsom salt bath, rubbed magnesium oil everywhere, applied mj ointment, but I'm still miserable. Also, my dog has been limping these last 2 days, so I checked her out. Nothing broken or out of place. I even gave her a soak in Epsom salts. The chemtrails have been heavy this week. And, we've noticed some weird bugs and flies we never saw before to the point that we've commented that the evil ones must be dropping stuff on us.
Your not Smoking enough or drinking enough Alcohol.'THERE'S ALOT MORE OLD DRUNKS THAN OLD DOCTOR'S' 'Willie Nelson'.

It's stress.

And stretch and meditate/pray.
Potassium deficiency or magnesium deficiency
came here to say that, especially magnesium
Bingo. Most likely magnesium.
You should really investigate all aspects of the carnivore lifestyle. Fat is important for the brain and neurological issues.
Ty ive been off of that for about 4 months. Was incorporating fat into my diet when I was eating carnivore

My right hand spasms into a fist whenever a liberal passes by.
Kek!
u/#bahaha
Tops of my feet for about a week now. Upped magnesium, potassium and added some good salt....seems better.

Redmond real salt....try taking a little iodine supplement if you need it. Amazon has Lugol's drops that I put in coffee in the am...
This. Iodine is available as a 12.5 mg tab as well. Celtic, Himalayan are both good. Redmond’s is the cleanest source i believe.
Table salt doesn’t have the added iodine either because evaporation. Just like everything else, they lied. Good book here. https://www.amazon.com/your-orders/pop?orderId=114-6494054-9024255&shipmentId=BhqMwrVxX&lineItemId=jjponvppnrpnrops&packageId=1&asin=0451496981&ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_pop_4

Yes, I've had one for a week after a night of bad sleep.
It's stress I expect.

No. See a doctor.

Ok ty for that
The bigger question is how are you guys all suddenly getting these symptoms?…
Any possibility there's mold in your house? In the attic or some undetected leak somewhere?
My daughter doesnt live with us. Just thought it was odd that we were all experiencing this. Nothing has changed with diet, vitamins etc
