Calling ICE a 'rogue agency' or 'vigilantes' implies their lawful activity is unlawful / criminal. Calling for people to stop or obstruct ICE is unlawful / criminal. Calling for them to remove their masks is unlawful / criminal because it would be degrading the safety of ICE, their families and would necessarily be obstructing the lawful activities of ICE.
