If we remove birthright citizenship, overhaul immigration policy, and dismantle much of the foreign money flow into the US for radical NGOs, it will go a long way to curbing Muslim immigration and their subversive activities without having to take on Islam directly - which is the way Trump prefers to do things. The exception would be codifying laws against the enactment of sharia law in any jurisdiction. That must be directly handled.
