Hemp competes with the oil industry too. Imagine plastics made from Hemp oil that is biodegradable UNLIKE oil produced plastics that last for hundreds of years in the landfills and floating in the ocean.
No, I think Trump really believes cannabis is a bad thing. He passed the farm bill in 2018 effectively federally legalizing THC and spawning millions of vape shops as a kind of TRIAL BALLOON to see how bad it would be. I think he's changing direction now. Possibly listening to the Church. Possibly RFK jr, Oz, Makary and other medical cabinet hires. Possibly Israel has some reason not to want people ot have Cannabis.
Possible cannabis is waking too many people up and having them critically think again ("wait. That advertisement is tryin' a make me feel bad about myself to sell their shit. Fuck them!!" (lol))
The problem isn't the THC, its that they get people on the product and then increase the levels of it, to dangerous levels. All they need is an FDA to step in and say "can't sell THC products above a limit and without 3-5x the amount of CBD as THC" that would fix it
The fake vape shops are out of control. I used to think my small town had too many donut places, car washes, and banks (we are a few square miles but have at least 6 donut shops, 4 car washes until the 5th is finished being built, and at least 10 banks) but those stupid fake vape shops are popping up all over the place.
I went into one looking for a coil for a vape mod I have, and they only had the Delta stuff, Kratom, and some of those counterfeit Chinese single-use vapes the teens love - the ones that flood our ports so Customs can't grab them all.
That stuff is in gas stations and junk stores as well, and all of them I've seen are run only by Indians (not the teepee kind) - not sure why.
That is why the cannabis dispensaries have a variety of strains and staff that can guide the customers. Just like in an alcohol store you can buy everything from 0% up to Everclear, some strains offer pain relief without fogging up the mind, and other strains make people high, useless, and friendly.
Stuff with concentrated THC is not natural, but refined.
If I were to ever try it, it would be eating it, not smoking it or inhaling an oil vapor. I remember reading that there was a restaurant in Arizona with cannabis infused dishes on their menu.
FEDS have no say so is where Trump is headed. Leave it to the states. I follow the Cannabis industry because we have clients in that industry, what I SEE is the opposite and most in the industry are starting to see the final approach. Being an industry company and growing your own are 2 different things.
There are TONS of growers in the industry. Where I live you can grow you're own too, it's much better. They are going to do Cannabis for things that are Medical here in the near future. Once we start WEANING OFF PHARMACEUTICALS.
Smoke shops are a detriment to society, and you would hate to learn how many of the nurses who work on you and your family are getting high every single night
Could it be as simple as we wanted ONLY a clean CR? I mean we didn't allow crap in from the dems... I haven't followed the hemp issue, but to me that was a super dumb reason to vote against your own party. All Rand had to do was get a promise from Thune that the hemp stuff would be brought up when the govt opened. I don't know if he tried that or not, but if not he isn't any better than the demons.
I still believe that after Rand got the crap beat out of him by his neighbor, he changed. Blackmail? Threats? CTE? Who knows. Something changed.
There is no upside for dems here at all. Its sobering. This is akin to trump winning a duel to the death and pinning his enemy with a blade to his throat. The enemy gets to live and actually owes the man for his mercy. This was better than a congressional nuke.
What about this:
āProtection of Senators' Data
Legislative Provision
The continuing resolution (CR) bill includes a provision that allows senators to sue if federal law enforcement seizes or subpoenas their data without prior notification. This aims to protect the privacy and data of senators, particularly in light of past incidents where their phone records were accessed during investigations.
Legal Recourse
Under this provision, senators can seek damages of $500,000 for each violation. It requires that service providers inform senators if their data is requested by law enforcement, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Context of the Provision
This measure was introduced following concerns about data seizures related to investigations, such as those connected to the January 6 Capitol attack. The legislation aims to prevent similar occurrences in the future and to safeguard the rights of senators regarding their personal and professional communications.ā
It aināt over until itās over. The shutdown continues until the final vote. The shutdown counter is still up and running. I expect there to be more fireworks before this is all over. https://www.whitehouse.gov/
The dems that caved... I don't understand how suddenly they did that. They know their party will make their life h*ll. The other Dems won't support them, they'll probably be ridiculed and outcast from the other control freaks.
Were they blackmailed? did they come to this on their own? Did they suddenly change their minds, against the dem machine??? I'm cautiously optimistic...
There really aren't any 'moderate' democrats anymore, but the 'moderates' that voted for the CR I think realized that Schumer's gambit didn't work.
I think the deomcrats thought the media would successfully pin the blame for higher Obamacare premiums and losing SNAP benefits on Trump and the republicans. Combine that with their supposed big election wins last Tuesday and the republicans would fold. Also, flights starting getting canceled and airports had huge lines and delays, something that pisses everybody off.
I think Thune deserves some praise for holding the line during the shutdown. I didn't think he had it in him.
When I saw Dick Durbin was one that caved I couldnāt believe it. Then the commentary that others who had more to lose appealed to Dick because he was not running anymore - he may have woken up a bit and thus caved!! Only good thing he did!!
Q told us this is the end of the D party. "impossible to defend". I don't think anything matters at this point for them, they will cease to exist soon.
Schumer had to of called them into a back room and set it up. All of them are safe in their seats for years and this allows them an exit ramp to limit the damage that they were doing to themselves.
I don't know about all of them, but I think most of them did it for selfish reasons. Maybe they want to oust Schumer. Maybe they are the rare senator that didn't get much money from pharma.
There is a chance though that God could be working on/through Fetterman. Dude changed, and is still changing for the better.
What did Each Side Give up (so long as it clears house and President Trump's desk)?
š» Democrats gave up
š» Republicans gave up
š“ Why This Is a Clear Trump/GOP Win
Final score: Trump 1, Dems 0.
He signed what he wanted on day 40. Game over.
Do you know why they are going after the Hemp Industry? It is a good steady employer in the USA.
Hemp competes with the oil industry too. Imagine plastics made from Hemp oil that is biodegradable UNLIKE oil produced plastics that last for hundreds of years in the landfills and floating in the ocean.
The Oil and Alcohol Lobby are both in conflict.
Ill join the fight to keep hemp alive. I think it is going to survive this law. A Everything has to get challenged.
exactly^ we need transparency. And I definitely think hemp will survive; George Washington was a fanšø

Indians: Dots, Not feathers
I like it. Perhaps we should just start calling them āDot Indiansā routinely.

But didnāt he truth a video talking about the benefits of CBD for elderly? Which is directly derived from hemp.
Could he make them strip that out the bill before signing it? Going to fucking suck if I canāt get CBD anymore.

People are turning to the thc laced seltzer drinks and away from alcohol. The alcohol industry isn't happy about that.

Isnt it already illegal? A search without probable cause is a clear 4th amendment violation under the color of authority.
Well, the supposedly special counsel was investigating, you know Jack azz Smith?

Thank you for this!
I wonder what they thought about the bill to send the Obama care su bsides to the people?
I imagine that scared the. A bit.
I love the many ways God works.

It didn't surprise me at all. The Dick is retiring this cycle. He has nothing to lose anymore.

Did God work through them? Is He still? They will have many eyes on them, and I am praying for God's work through them to become evident.
