I'd say the big cities will have more chaos than little towns.
from what i remember the Chuck movies were terrorized in small neighbourhoods ,rocket launchers on the back of small pick-up trucks just driving around bombing houses,total nightmare scenario.
We have come to expect violence in cities so I think that violence in small to medium sized communities would strike more fear in people ("we're not safe anywhere")
Wrong. That is where a lot of the guns are. Not to mention my neighbors arsenal, or the guy who owns a literal functioning tank, or the guy with the duce and a half with the pintle mounts on back (plural), or the neighbor with a half track, or the snow machine squad that can drive and shoot at the same time (dont ask).
I haven't even mentioned Johnny 9-toes who still makes m-80s (and who knows what else), or the guy who makes 80%'s into 100% like its going out of style, or the guy who puts a jar of gas and water in burn barrels for fun, or the neighbor with a flame thrower and assortment of collectable guns and goes out shooting groundhog and raccoons at 100 yards while driving his side by side.... and that's just my neighborhood.
The guys down the road, we dont go over there, they're nuts.
Rural/ small towns are NOT what they appear to be in Hallmark movies.

I agreed. We live in Naples, Miami (all those surrounding areas too) is just 2 hours from us, when we didn’t have gas Naples had it and they even came here looking for gas. Forgot to mention we are all arm with guns and ammo

I agree but the numbers change with the demographics. I'm in a town of 5,000, half liberal, half conservative and 99% white. 2 hours away in our closest "city" of around 50,000 it's primarily white and primarily redneck conservatives. Nobody is gonna stir up trouble where every other truck has a Trump sticker or a second amendment sticker or both.
If you have to go out make sure you're strapped. Even going to the grocery store be armed!

Went to Grapevine, Tx yesterday. You know, the capital of Tx Christmas. Walking down the closed off downtown area, I was thinking about people being attacked at events like this. Thankfully, it was just a fun filled day with my family. But I found myself looking around just to be aware in case anything happened.
What do you base that on? I think we've slowly been approaching a "point of no return" for a couple of years now... and I also believe that 2026 will be the era of the Great Reckoning. I've made preparations that few other people have made and won't detail here. And I've tried to make my immediate circle -- at least those who will listen -- realize that something big and completely unprecedented is coming, and that's about all I can do. I'm as prepared as I can possibly be right now, but don't see an imminent threat (as in next week) on the near horizon. But 2026? WhoooBOY is it going to be lit!
Well let's look at what's happened the last week or so,2 NG shot in the head attacker yelling ALI AKBAR ,2 soldiers 1 translator killed in Syria ,this Australia attack today,there is no doubt a Caliphate has started world wide.
As awful as these events are, they are mere skirmishes compared to what is coming.
They are also warning shots and should be taken seriously. Nearly all normies will see these events as happening to someone else in a distant place... they don't realize that they are harbingers of the real conflict yet to come.
Normies are happy in their ignorance, people like us are just waiting for the inevitable.

I've read it. It could very easily be construed as a "priming the narrative" type book. The author practically shouts that mossad and other five eyes Intel analysts "contributed to the book". Couple that with the 2025 books "Al Qaida 2.0" and "the gathering storm" and you've got your pre programming installed for the massive coordinated derka derka attacks.

I kept my family away from the world ever since I saw it in the 60s. I love them too much to bring them into this mess.
I always stay away from crowds near holidays. I once got stuck in a shopping center parking lot in Raleigh, NC a few years ago. Never again. Presents were bought, mostly online, a long time ago. We always keep food. In fact, our church has a "blessing box," and we took some extras to church this morning. I've been prepared since 1999. I knew Biden was going to cause prices to rise, so I stocked up extra right after the election. Butter more than doubled in price, but I still have $2 butter.
BTW, what's causing your alarm? I haven't noticed anything out of the ordinary, at least compared to the last dozen years.

Being prepared is not a bad thing. 2026 is the 250th anniversary of the US, so things will probably happen, and we have zero idea where or any idea how many places at or near the same time. Telling people to be prepared is not selling fear or causing it.
