I mean I suppose in a loose definition of the term. But it’s a company that’s continually and consistently legally allowed to operate.
So the organized insurrection argument kinda gets weaker. As the Feds know it exists. Know it provides manpower to protests. They could shut it and any of the companies like it down. They just for some reason don’t choose too.

1st point: Mid terms are coming. Unfortunately unrest works to benefit both sides one way or another. One side shows its voter base they are fighting for them, while the other side shows the country what kind of people the left is. Both help with the elections. But only one can truely finish this madness. I hope politics isnt why we have not seen the insurrection act enabled.
2nd point: what ever organization is funding this should be brought up on charges, money frozen and see what the crowd does knowing they wont get paid anymore. Who stays are the true insurectionists. The rest are paid useful idiots. But that goes back to my first point, political optics.
I don’t know but it makes trump look weak as fuck. I honestly would be happy to campaign for republicans at midterms but only IF is saw something actually get under control. If he’s going to be weak then why should I show up?

Honestly the perfect faking of video footage is an invention that should never have happened. Now it's impossible to know or to prove what's real.
This is just where they want us, never knowing what is true and real from what is manufactured BS - facts and truth up for grabs, easily manipulated to our detriment.
I just do not believe they got that many people to go out in -10 or below degrees below to protest.

This will not be a popular opinion ...BUT...
If this is real and not AI -- it's looks like it's already too late to do anything about this situation. The window of opportunity to quell this before it erupted into a life threatening situation for the law enforcement officers has long since passed. At this point, sending in the military would only put their lives in danger as well. What would be the point? This whole thing was badly handled. They should just pull the law enforcement officers out of there for their safety and wait until the crowd gets bored and disperses. Then they can send ICE back in to resume activities. Right now it is too dangerous.
If they engage this crowd now -- I would not put it past foreign governments to use civil unrest as an opportunity to invade our country. Best to chill this situation out and then try again another time.
