There has to be something under licensing law to revoke if the licensee suffers from mental disorder. I mean this guy has outed himself with his own words. Why would anyone in his profession actually come out and say something this stupid unless he wasn't playing with a full deck?
Nurses follow the anesthesiologist's instructions in regard to dosages being administered. Some nurse could back off on the dosage and unless the anesthesiologist was paying enough attention, they could get away with it, but probably would immediately be caught because the effects on a patient would be pretty noticeable.
