HOW I 100% CLEARED OUT MY FATHER-IN-LAW'S ARTERIES IN 4 WEEKS. HIS SCHEDULED HEART STENT PROCEDURE: CANCELLED.

In 2011, my 47yo FIL was diagnosed with heart disease (atherosclerosis) after a heart attack and had one stent put in. He smoked a pack a day and drank a 12 pack of Pepsi a day.
He played golf 4+ times per week w/ his friends. In summer 2015 he began getting out of breath playing golf. It got to a point where he was too tired/winded to do more than 9 holes. After another month he was too tired and winded to golf at all. Doctor did a heart scan 'with contrast' and found 3 blockages between 70% and 90%. His left ventricle ejection fraction was barely 40%. Doctor scheduled heart stent surgery (technically regarded as non-surgical).
When I heard about his situation I immediately asked him to postpone the procedure for 4 weeks. He couldn't even work in his condition and he was very afraid to have such bad heart problems at only 51 so this was a big ask but he knows that I am a strange breed when it comes to separating signal from noise (thanks Steve Bannon) on obscure research like this so he trusted me.
I wrote out a schedule for him and he took it religiously. Four weeks later, * in the middle of the stent procedure,* the doctor said his arteries were "clean as a whistle." Then the doc sort of got worried because he thought it was SO IMPOSSIBLE. He checked to see if his office might have made a mistake and mixed up heart scans with another patient. Upon further checking, there was no mistake. The blockages that were there for weeks earlier were completely gone.
Just 4 weeks prior my father in law was 51, average build, active and couldn't even walk across the room without getting out of breath. After the 4 weeks taking the supplement * the correct way,* he felt better than he had in years. Zero chest pain anymore and lots more energy.
Now here's the Encore, 3 years after the above:
After his first scheduled heart stent procedure was concluded with NO stents put in, he immediately stopped the treatment and didn't do it again.
Flash forward to 2018 after continuing (he never even quit during the therapy) to smoke now TWO packs a day and still drinking a 12 pack of Pepsi a day; the same thing happened only worse. He noticed it again when he was too tired to go more than 9 holes. Days later he had another heart attack, he passed out on the green and was taken by ambulance to the hospital. A scan with contrast showed very clearly 3 blockages, 2 @ 80% and the 3rd was near-100% blockage. His left ventricle ejection fraction was <20%. This is approaching heart failure. At 54 years old.
His cardiologist scheduled emergency stent procedure and a mechanical 'rotor-rooter' type procedure for the following Monday. FIL tried to buy time w/ the Doc (different doctor than the first time) so he could do the treatment again. Doc said any more than 2 weeks could be life-threatening. He told the doctor what he intended to do and the doctor thought he was nuts.
FIL got right back on the dosage/schedule again. Two weeks later on 'procedure day' the same thing happened. Catheter scope/camera up the groin artery all the way to his heart. Camera sees NO blockages in the first 2 spots and only 20% in the one that was a near-total blockage only 15 days prior.
Doc abruptly ended the procedure with nothing needing to be done. ZERO STENTS AGAIN. The cardiac catheter camera was pulled from his groin and the doctor left the room.
As the nurses were wrapping everything up, the Doc and an unknown colleague (Doctor?) came back in with notepads and started asking questions. His doctor was absolutely astounded. Just couldn't fucking believe it. Said he had never seen anything like it in his career. FIL continued the Linus Pauling therapy for probably another 2 months. His ejection fraction was later tested. It rose from ~20% to almost 70% (considered normal for his age).
TO BE CLEAR, TWO SEPARATE TIMES the blockages were clearly visible on scans and he was out of breath walking more than 30 feet. Two separate times he was on the table so to speak, with a cardiac catheter up his groin all the way to his heart and (after this therapy) both times the blockages that had been there only weeks before we're GONE and the catheter was withdrawn without mounting a single stent. He does 2 weeks of this regimen a few times a year and the problems have never returned in the 9+ years since.
HOW my FIL cleaned out his arteries FAST.
4000mg L-lysine/ day total, taken in (2 separate) 2000mg doses on empty stomach or w/ a bit of juice/toast/carbs.
NO protein for minimum 2 hrs before AND 1 hr after Lysine doses.
L-lysine absorption is impaired by protein. (Via amino competition)
4000mg Vitamin C/ day total, taken in (2 separate) 2000mg doses on empty stomach or w/ protein meal.
NO Carbs for minimum 2 hrs before AND 1 hr after Vitamin C doses.
Vitamin C absorption is impaired by carbs. (Via glucose competition)
For this to work: I CANNOT OVERSTATE ENOUGH HOW CRITICAL IT IS TO AVOID ABSORPTION COMPETITION: Lysine vs Protein & Vit C vs Carbs.
People that take these daily still get heart attacks/strokes. WHY?
THIS IS BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT TAKING THEM THE CORRECT WAY
The goal is to achieve a very high blood concentration of each 2x daily. Absorption competition categorically prevents this.
Vitamin C and Lysine can be taken TOGETHER ONLY on a empty stomach (NO food or calories minimum 2 hrs before and 1 hr after)
This is the easiest way to do it but lots of people get an upset stomach from vitamin C on an empty stomach. My father-in-law is one of those people so he needed to take vitamin C with some food.
If you have to do that, then you must take the supplements separate because the food that goes well with vitamin C blocks lysine uptake and vice versa.
SCHEDULE: Do not skip!
Before you take a single pill:
For yourself and for God,
WRITE. DOWN. A. SCHEDULE.
This is flexible. Make it work for you.
But never ever break the "2hrs before/1 hour after" rule.
For reference my FIL's dose and meal schedule was:
7am: 2000mg Vitamin C on empty stomach or w/ small protein meal. NO carbs 2 hrs before & 1 hr after.
9am: 2000mg L-lysine on empty stomach or w/ a some juice/toast/carbs. NO protein 2 hrs before & 1 hr after.
Noon to 5pm eat whatever.
8pm: 2000mg Vitamin C on empty stomach or w/ small protein meal. NO carbs 2 hrs before & 1 hr after.
10pm: 2000mg L-lysine on empty stomach or w/ a some juice/toast/carbs. NO protein 2 hrs before & 1 hr after.
If you have a different sleep schedule, it's totally acceptable to move these times around.
If you are able to take them both at the same time without an upset stomach, that's the easiest way and the schedule would/could look something like this:
-Wake up (empty stomach) and take 2000mg of each.
-Wait 1-2 hrs.
-Eat whatever you want throughout the day.
-Have dinner, and then wait 1–2 hours or more.
-Before bed (empty stomach) take 2000mg of each.
The "2hrs before/1 hour after" rule are minimum values. "3hrs before & 2 hour after" doses could be even better if you're someone with slow digestion.
The entire secret here is that you do not allow:
Vitamin C to compete with carbohydrates.
Lysine to compete with protein.
****I CANNOT OVERSTATE ENOUGH HOW CRITICAL IT IS TO **** AVOID COMPETITION BETWEEN Vitamin C vs Carbs & Lysine vs Protein IN FOOD.
The real key here is the method of avoiding the competition. Without observing this rule, you are just wasting your time if you're trying to clear out your arteries to save your life. Life is a beautiful thing. Discipline is worth it.
The HOW & WHY this works:
All the credit for this goes to Linus Pauling, -the only person to ever win TWO unshared Nobel Prizes -invented this therapy when he discovered that the calcifications inside arteries featured a molecular "lysine binding site". This means Lysine gently but rapidly melts away blockages (atherosclerosis) like a sugar cube in hot coffee. No big pieces dislodge which could cause a stroke. By the way this therapy works for blockages anywhere in the body.
Here's the interesting thing to know and understand:
Heart pumping produces higher mechanical load on all the stereotypical points where blockages are found. This causes micro-tears in the single-cell-thick interior of the artery called the endothelial layer. (What spike protein attacks). These micro-tears occur naturally and frequently and are healed via a process in which vitamin C is CHEMICALLY REQUIRED.
Without sufficient vitamin C 'on tap,' cholesterol sticks to the 'scabby' (if you will) micro-tears that form from high mechanical load on the artery and that don't heal properly w/o Vitamin C. This then builds on its self over time.
The vitamin C helps heal the endothelial layer inside the arteries. Here's a mystery the medical establishment has never explained to you: Why do "clogs" start in larger arteries subjected to the highest mechanical load (pumping) rather than the itty-bitty single-blood-cell-wide capillaries? These are the doses I know work. You can safely double the dose.
Any side effects?
Upset stomach from Vit C. Maybe diarrhea the first few days. A hard boiled egg or couple slices of deli meat is recommended with Vit C.

What type of vitamin C/lysine should I buy?
Lysine and L-lysine are the same thing. It is a constituent of protein, naturally occurring and cheap.
Vitamin C – Liposomal or the kind made out of fruit extracts, etc. is probably best. Capsules are preferable over hard-pressed pills for absorption.
NO time release/buffered Vitamin C.

Lysine competes with other amino acids, however proline has a very similar affect to lysine, so it's probably OK to take them together.
I would not take lysine with any other amino acids though besides proline.
Thank you for the reply. I have slacked on my health for the last year and I really can’t afford to do that. I’ve had appx 8 heart attacks within the last 10 years and a good portion of my heart is dead. Luckily the heart does what it needs to survive and has rerouted capillaries around the damaged area. Those little capillaries need all the help they can get and I’ve not done my part. I’ve started getting short of breath enough that I’ve used my nitro. That scared me enough to get my Vitamin C, proline and lysine out of the cupboard yesterday and take them, the same way as before, with food. I’ll be changing that today, thanks to this post. It’s something I’ll likely do every day for a very long time. Again, I cannot describe how important this post is for me!

On the “exactly”, and I may have asked this before, are you aware of there being any reduced benefit from only doing it once a day instead of twice?

Only thing i can find is "higher doses" (dose not listed) of lysine decreases arginine uptake and vise versa. Mutually antagonistic.
Bssically, if you take both they cancel each other out. Stidies used lysine for fever blisters... (herpes simplex I)...for viral supression as an example.

John, I got from 85% block to 60% blocked with your advice. I go in for another scan in April. I’m about to do another month of the 2000 vitamin C + 2000 lysine in the morning then 2000 of the vitamin C +2000 of the lysine in the evening. I fast from 8 PM at night to 3 PM the next day so it’ll be taken on an empty stomach. I’m also going to add the thousand milligrams of proline you suggested. Anything else you can think of? Prayers please, friends; that I can get it down even further. My superior mesenteric artery is the only one that’s blocked. Everything else is clear.
Not medical advice, but high insulin levels from eating carbs is the primary cause of heart disease, from what I've read. So I'd advise cutting way back on carbs and add more meat and fat to your diet. Dr Ken Berry calls that the "proper human diet". He has Rumble and YT channels and is on X.
I hardly eat carbs as rice and potatoes and such. My weakness is chocolate and ice cream.

I love chocolate and ice cream but I found the secret was not to put them in my mouth. That way I wasn't tempted to swallow. Not buying them was the first step.
If I get a real craving for chocolate, I mix cacao powder with liquid coconut oil. I add turmeric, black pepper and cinnamon to give it a bit of bite and sweetness. Use a flexible polythene container or silicone mold. Make a thin layer of the mix. I put it in the freezer for 15 minutes to solidify.

I can also attest to using Linus Pauling system to take my carotid arteries from 50% occluded to clear in 6 weeks of treatment. It was found by accident or Divine intervention. (I choose divine. or you can do the 4 week protocol and permanently switch to a good keto diet. take a before and after blood pressure reading and monitor with periodic blood pressure and weight. you'll loose a ton of visceral fat on keto and your % body fat should drop below 19. hold your body fat below 19 or 18 and your blood pressure below 100 and you'll be in a good place- but stay on the keto diet.

count carbs instead of calories (shoot for less than 50 a day). eat usual meats/butter/eggs/cheese/green veggies/olives/pickles. get substitute deserts/snacks (breyers carb smart ice cream, duncan hines keto brownies, lilly's 70% cacao chocolate bar, costo keto snack mix, beef jerkey, costco inked keto bread). stop eating before sundown. drink lots of water. smack your sugar pushers when they touch "your stuff". if you keep your carbs down for 2 months, you'll be able to do it for ever. just have all your food stocked and don't touch carbs. the snacks listed aren't to be turned into daily staples, periodic snackies only.

Thanks for reviving this protocol thread again. I have two friends doing it now. I just started the protocol again a few days ago after one year off. While I haven't seen my blood pressure drop much on this protocol on its own, I started taking the N1O1 lozenges by Dr. Nathan Bryan alongside this. I will track my progress using both this protocol and Dr. Bryan's lozenges. So far, I have gone from resting blood pressure of 145/100 to 128/80 in 5 weeks on the lozenge. My blood pressure became unstable post covid in 2021. I bet this protocol will drop me down the rest of the way to 120/75. This is great information. Thank you for your contributions amd sharing!

I did this! My cardiac calcium score was very high. 6 months later, I did a nuclear stress test and they videoed my heart. Vascular surgeon was pleased at how clean my arteries were. Didn't match up to the first test.
So it's only those 1 or 2 hours after both are consumed that the body is doing the work of clearing & repairing the vessels. Correct? So, instead of the both at once twice a day how about both at once several times a day to have a longer stretch of this going on (Or does the body need to relax some in between these treatments?)
The idea here is to minimize how many days in a row I have to do this. I've done it the originally prescribed way for a number of weeks back when you 1st posted this years ago and went from "going for walks" to "going for runs" (I had previously felt what seemed like angina if I ran too hard) Now I like to do this maybe one day a quarter or so just to keep it up

It's sort of an open secret now, but Linus Pauling is the one who discovered that vitamin C and lysine clean out the arteries, however, Linus Pauling recommended doses higher than 10,000 mg per day and said nothing about food competition.
I am the one who took Linus Pauling's discovery and created this protocol for my father-in-law.
I did this because taking 10,000 mg of each supplement per day is not easy.
After many hours of research, I put together this protocol for my father-in-law so that it would be both easy and effective.

Me and my parents follow this. Mom had already had a triple bypass and a single after that (all four), and they were ready to do a stent for a secondary with 70% blockage we did the treatment at 500mg 2x daily (so 1000mg daily) and she reduced blockage in 3 months by 20%. She took a month break, then did 1000mg 2x daily (2000mg total daily), and after 6 months (her next appointment time after a reschedule) she was clean.
IMO, The high doses in the OP was because they had to work fast due to the excessive blockage. That much can cause a lot of side effects and/or be hard on your system.
We talked to my moms doctor and her heart doc. Both knew about it, said just don't go above 3k mg daily and she should be ok, he said its something good for your body anyways, so go for it.
That was 2 years ago, and takes a maintenance dose of 590mg 1- 2x daily, with the fasting rules. My mon freaked out recently (shes old) and tried to increase dosaage to 3kmg daily, and it caused stomach pain and hershey squirts.
FWIW, based on my research, unless you have major blockage, starting at 500 to 1000mg 2x daily will have positive effects, and will be good for longer term cleaning, nice easy pace. By all accounts results directly correlate with the dosage size, so 3k to 4k daily will have a proportionally quicker clense, but you may suffer extra side effects. YMMV
To avoid the squirts, I think it's better to do it when there's not too much in the stomach and after the process is over I have real yogurt (The type made from probiotics)
Oh, forgot to mention, squirts also come when you stop taking it, or if you miss a dose. Good incentive to stay on regimen! 😄

I think it was a good idea to post this again. It's an amazing protocol. I've kept it in a file.
I'm one of the users who gave testimony for this method. It works. I had prior blood work showing elevated cholesterol and past experiences of mild angina pain. Those pains disappeared after doing this protocol for 2 months.
I've now done this two times as it is a yearly health prophylactic to prevent heart disease.
Only issue I experienced was bad headaches after two weeks of the protocol. This was caused by the high dose of vitamin C. I had to drop the dosage for 2000 to 1000 once I reach that point. Reducing the dosage by half eliminated the headaches.
I have added vitamin D and K2 to my daily supplement regimen to prevent plaque buildup. As well as nattokinase for its multiple heart health benefits.

I don't have high blood pressure but I do have a little family history of heart issues. I have done stints of this protocol as well, and will tell you that my resting heart rate drops like 5-6 beats after 2 weeks. So it does work.
Titor wit dat hotness again. Post more of these, maybe things for Collodial silver protocols, olive leaf extract, Oreganol P73, Lugols Iodine, natural cures, we want it all.
