I take 1/2 teaspoon in a mug of hot water, stir and let it steep. Some people boil and steep a 4 or 5 bunch of cinnamon sticks in a pot of water. Some folks add honey, I don’t feel the need. I drink it before I go to bed. It is suppose to lower your blood sugar. If you are already a diabetic, you should consult a doctor or herbalist. I have been drinking cinnamon water for about a month now. I feel good. I also take IVM periodically when I need it.
Some people will flush with something, lemon juice, cayenne pepper in water etc. but I just take ivermectin and fenbendanzole twice a day until both tubes are out then fast for 72 hours. I drink lots of water and that's it. You know it's working when your pee is no longer clear and starts looking orange. That's your sign that your body is getting rid of a bunch of toxins and you need to drink even more water.

here is an interesting tidbit
so just like a lot of you here on this forum. I have been taking horse paste since covid. not once in the couple of years that I've been taking it had I ever had a reaction to the horse paste dosed appropriately of course but I never had a reaction one way or the other no matter how much I would take. but I would do it every 3 to 6 months
now here's something interesting
I finally broke down and bought some real human grade ivermectin from alldaychemist.
only because I wanted something easier to take that I didn't have to chase down with a cookie for the flavor. you know what I mean
within 24 hours I started having side effects common with ivermectin side effects. I never experienced on the horse paste
well that's odd. how could human grade all a sudden cause a side effect so I started logging and testing feelings throughout the day
I would get headaches that were weird. they felt like caffeine headaches like I had not drank coffee for the day( I'm addicted to coffee. it is my lifeline in) but I had my coffee so I knew they weren't caffeine, withdrawal headaches
I would get muscle stiffness and soreness but when I would use my hook there were no knots to release in my muscles
I took 2 Days of ivermectin and 2 to 3 Days later. I still was experiencing the side effects. they would be better in the morning or after sleep and would get worse the longer I would stay awake
in my research on this, I discovered that this is more likely due to parasite die off than an actual side effect from the ivermectin, especially since the side effects persisted well beyond the half-life of ivermectin itself
so what's really interesting is having this herx reaction using real ivermectin which I took 12 mg of versus when I would take horse paste. I would take the equivalent of 24 to 30 mg in a dose
my brain fog has also basically completely been eliminated almost everyday. it would feel like I was thinking through a thick fog and this has lasted for many, many years. but now that's completely gone and I think clear like as when I used to take my Adderall for ADHD. but this is completely without Adderall anymore
maybe this does deserve its own post. I've been thinking about posting this separately

Thanks for sharing glompy! My husband and I take the Ivermectin pill once per week as a prevention and have done this since 2020. Our Dr is a Naturopath and we have a Rx that we have filled at a Compound Pharmacy. I don't recall any side effects ever except no illness!

Frens, maybe you can help me out here. As most/all of you know, there has long been the assertion that cancer is actually a parasitic problem. That's been rationalized by compounds like ivermectin and fenben being effective in reducing/destroying cancer.
However, I have yet to see any solid data showing evidence of a parasitic infection in someone being diagnosed with cancer. All of the actual data that I've seen points to these compounds simply interrupting/disrupting cancer cell division through interesting chemical/biological means.

No because they don’t exist. What we have are basically doctors who specialize in parasites seeing what oncologists CALL cancer and saying “Umm…those are parasitic cysts/egg sacks, bro.”
