I don't think you can make a Pepe. It's a gift from the mods! You never know what you're going to get at least it was that way all those years ago when I got mine. I think it goes by your contributions but I'm not 100% sure since I've been away for a while if anything's changed I don't know. But keep at it... someday you'll get a Pepe! It was a really great day for me when I got mine. Not as good as this day though when I get to come back from a journey I was told I would not come back from. Us frogs are tough!
