I think suggesting that an image from Butler footage was encoded and sent back in time in this steganographic way.
Sending info back in time ( time travel ) is one of the ways that the Looking Glass might work I guess. If we had a conclusive match here, it would be the best Q proof.
The account that seemingly knew this guy was going to attempt an assassination on Trump opened a Twitter account and ONLY posted the would be assassin's name.
BUT(!) he left another clue which is the picture and subject of J1D's OP: His background banner it is a sort of rainbow digitization of the "fight fight fight" picture from the Butler assassination attempt.
Clearly the purpose of the image in conjunction with the assassin's name was to "double-confirm" the Comms.
What most people do not understand is that circa late 2034, the United States military begins sending men of the 177th Temporal (i.e. time) Reconnaissance Unit back in time to survey/assess the situation and then to leave clues about the future online… (what you are seeing here).
These clues are usually only discernible by the intended recipients, who know to look for it.
The person who shined the light on this is a very intelligent individual, although they likely don't have a full understanding the HOW and WHY it exists, which is what I just explained here... TIME TRAVEL.
