Karmelo Anthony, now 19, claimed he was acting in self-defense when he stabbed Metcalf, 17, with a folding knife after a heated argument at a high school track event in Frisco, Texas, in April last year.

Now the victim's family should sue the killer's family and take all that money they got online.

Not exactly. Texas doesn’t use the terms first or second degree murder. We use Murder, Capital Murder, or Manslaughter.

A verdict reached that quickly either means GUILTY, because the prosecution submitted an unbreakable case that the defense could not raise a reasonable doubt, or NOT GUILTY because of jury nullification.

I can. This is a culture that doesn’t accept responsibility or accountability. The best thing for the black community long term is for all welfare to end and let them fend for themselves. No more free handouts, no more welfare queens and children out of wed lock. And yes I am obviously generalizing here.

And to be fair I don’t believe in no fault divorce and am for child support. I think adultery should be a crime, pornography should be banned etc.
Were we not talking about welfare? I said “most of the children on welfare would not be white children”. But they are as white children make up the majority of welfare recipients. Also it’s about 25% of white women are single mothers, 27% if we’re counting white unmarried mothers.
That is the reason there was no plea agreement. If KA pleaded to some lessor charge, the family would not have been able to fun raise.

I don't think we'd need to go that far. Actual punishment and a court system that is decisive and purely based on law would likely break them into compliance. It would handle the rest of criminal activity from non blacks too. We just need to raise the stakes and make justice conclusive, not hey here's a plea deal you'll be out in a year.
One thing I've learned a lot about them living around so many and even having gone to high school literally surrounded by them is they have an incredibly high survival instinct. The current system coddle them so much that the risk reward often is in their favor.
Be them, sell drugs, get cash, go to jail, snitch on guy who gave you drugs to sell and friend who is still selling drugs, get out. Rinse and repeat.

But now we're here. Precedent set. 35 years. Zero media sympathy. Unanimous jury. Relatives allowed to speak directly to his face without a gag order. And about to be surrounded by the big boys in a Texas prison...where Aryan Brotherhood and Mexican Mafia will gladly unite as they sometimes do and make his life a living hell for killing someone light skinned.
The civil rights act should be appealed either way. I would support this if even every single US citizen was White or Asian. People should have the right on private property to admit whoever they want based on whatever.

So I think if you did remove civil rights a lot wouldn't change. Some schools might redistrict and you'd have a few night clubs that's be more exclusionary but I ultimately think society would continue to operate as usual...not anything like white only water fountains or seating sections in buses

Judge now gets to decide how long he's in prison for. They are trying some defense related to some kind of "passion" being the reason he had to kill someone. I'm passionate about seeing him in a cell until he's either in the ground or too old to remember his name.

I know the prisons in Southeast Texas near Houston don't have air conditioning.
