Trump exaggerates / bends the truth and straight up fibs all the time, if it's to serve a purpose. When the media asked "did you know about a specific credible threat by Iran" aboard AF1 he straight up lies to them for national security purposes.
That said, it's very possible he is making this up because there's no way to disprove it and it serves the purpose of propping up his current #1 priority (passing the SAVE act)
There was a call to EMS stating someone in the house was having a cardiac episode, (as reported on the Benny Johnson YT show today)when the EMTs got there they had to break down the door to gain entry. Only one person was in the house when they arrived. Who made the EMS call? Did Lindsey call 911 because he was having chest pains? Can we get a copy of that call to see if it is Lindsey's voice? If someone else called, why was the door locked? Why is this going to devolve into a scenario where the DC EMS and police departments dont know anything nor will they share vital info?
There were rumors that Andrew Breitbart was killed with a heart attack gun after announcing he was going to vet Obama's nationality for his second term.
Maybe Graham got breitbarted?

Senate votes must be in person. An absentee vote doesn't count. So with Lindsey gone that is one less yes vote. At least with Mitch gone there is also one less no vote. It just makes the margin for passage tighter and I don't see any of those "no" RINOs changing. Fetterman surprisingly voted no on the last go around after saying he supported the measure.
In SC the governor appoints a replacement. He is Rep and alleged to be conservative and a supporter of Trump's agenda. A temporary replacement for Graham can be appointed immediately while another candidate will be voted on by the state Rep party to run in the Nov election. That will take place this month.
Lindsey was up for reelection this Nov. He already won the Rep primary. His Senate Committee seats will have to be voted on by the Rep committee members and then the full Rep Senate Conference. The positions on any committee usually goes by ranking. So any Senate seat replacement for Graham will basically have no standing on Committee Chairman or Ranking member positions which Graham held. Those seats do not automatically transfer. Graham was on some very important committees like Budget, Judiciary, Appropriations, and Environment where he was either Chairman or Ranking Member. He held a very important leadership role in the Senate. His death does leave a pretty important hole in the Senate.
John Cornyn of Texas, as the next most senior Rep on the Judiciary Committee, is the most likely candidate to become Chairman or Ranking Member, but he still must be formally selected by the committee's Reps and approved by the full Rep Conference.
