It has always been a paper ballot, marked with a Sharpie.

That ballot is fed into a machine that reads & reports the vote.

The paper ballot is maintained per voting laws, regs & policies (no matter how bad they may be.)

It think this is propaganda to rile up the libs. This has little to do with delivering the Trump promise or MAGA Message.
