Recall that the Jones lawsuits started well before Elon purchased Twitter and converted it into X. The plan was always for Jones own media company to be sacrificed for the narrative and precedent setup. Jones continued his work on X like nothing happened.

The seed it plants is that people can get sued for something they said simply if someone else doesn't like it. Imagine if the government were to start fining and/or arresting people for saying 9/11 was an inside job. It's already illegal in 18 countries to question anything about the holocaust.

Step 1, Quick case to introduce evidence and find they were treated illegally by prosecutors & individuals in DOJ. DOJ admits liability and pays.
Step 2, DOJ prosecutes all corrupt individuals involved to recover money, all assets stripped, like they did with Rudi.

OK, this sounds better than just a lawsuit against the DOJ for which "the people" will pay. I don't mind paying towards their re-introduction into the community, but do want to ensure the guilty, Pelosi, et al, pay a price.

Kind of agree. Trump said he will ensure they are all given enough to re-establish their lives and more. It is not enough if the government (the people) pay the price for this injustice, it must be all the perpetrators, from the jailors to Nancy Pelosi, who pay the price.

I hope each J6 committee member is listed as a co-defendant and liable for a share of any award. Most important is that any trial be held away from DC or any Blue city/state. Can't get a fair shake if the judge is like Merchan and the jury all work for the government.

Surprised that it took this long for a class action.
They may have been waiting for everyone to be free first. If they were ALREADY catching hell in prison, that lawsuit would have made it 100x worse for them.
