I don't think he ever intended to go through with the Twitter purchase. I think he was just trolling for attention and it backfired. He thought he would be able to weasel out of the purchase, but he got himself stuck.
So now he's been doing whatever he can to reduce his losses. He's not paying his rent, firing everyone and working with a skeleton crew. Now he's trying to salvage some ad revenue.
He was never really interested in "free speech". If he was, he would have unlocked everyone's banned accounts. And he's not done that.
Please go have dinner with your mother and do your best to keep politics out of it. Don't lose any more time with her than you already have. I lost my mother when I was 15, and I would give anything to have just another hour with her.
Please don't listen to the people trying to get you to confront her or demand she apologize or whatever.
Just enjoy the day with her. Try to remember what you used to discuss with her before politics took over everyone's lives. I'm sure you're an interesting person that can come up with something non-political to talk about.

What happened that stopped President Trump from leading the march to the capital? I remember him saying in the speech that day that they were going to march down there and have their voices heard. I wonder what changed the plan.

I have a hard time trusting any doctors now. I think the medical profession has shown their true colors. These are the same people who want us to get vaxed. And don't tell me they just don't know better. Their all evil.
The US education system is bad because most Americans use it as nothing more than free child care. Most Americans spends a dozen years and hundreds of thousands tax payer dollars to work cash registers and mop floors.
There wasn't a public school system when America was founded, and our Founding Fathers were some of the most intelligent people ever.
We should go back to old times where kids worked as apprentices and learned trades. And if you want you can homeschool them or hire private tutors.

Sometimes I forget that many (most, maybe?) Anons here are Boomers who don't listen to much current music. I don't mean this in a negative way. Rather, there's a purity about them that comes from not growing up in an overly sexualized society.
