Fines are good. Someone send I.C.E. to audit factories in southern IN. I've informed my local EMA 911 director of my employment location as I'm aware of many individuals of shady credentials. What feels most betraying was pointing out to upper management of a couple employees that were rehired with different names and they acted like there was nothing they could do. Those were just the ones I could confirm. I don't even care if this move tanks my employer at this point. I could probably easily find a position at a different new vacancy afyer deportations. I'm not a college graduate, public school sucked for me, parents divorced and unleashed me on the world without any support at 18. Now I'm in my 40's, a certified professional who works with automated inspection systems, designs and codes algorithms, and have even been developing AI models for over a year now. The human mind doesn't have a fill capacity. Learn to love learning and you will prevail in the hardest of circumstances.

I don't dislike them and I do prefer them to hatians. Hispanics are actually more pleasant to work with than crabby white peoppe like myself, but they are flooding the job market here.
I've heard accounts from "native" workers who witnessed bus drop-offs in a Walmart parking lot. These "vicious rumors" were adressed by local media on Fakebook, claiming it was a temp-service labor employer bringing their melon pickers into town because they wanted to go shopping at our Walmart. Must've got lost between the bus and the store because I was also told the field in the opposite direction was trampled down. I'm doing my part in making sure management is aware and acknowledging that we have employees with very fishy credentials. I've also informed a local 911 director of where I.C.E. should be dispatched.
I'n a town about three hours south of there, where I work, the only reason we're not getting flooded by hatians from an adjacent county is because all the hispanic immigrants got there first. Cronometrada divertida.
If in southern IN area, look toward the western horizon at about 9pm. I got good shots of it two nights ago with a Galaxy S10, tripod and long exposure. Was faint to the naked eye but should be more visible each night. Binoculars can help too. Bigger than you think.
