People are such lemmings.
- Trump says he's not on board with P25
- The Heritage foundation has been putting out a "Project" since the early 80's
- Trump website economic policies directly contradict P25.
Yet they act like this is some Trump thing. Morons.
It's just such a low vibrational (I hate myself for using this term) response. It's unlike him to just say something that immature. He isn't winning anyone over with this tweet and reads like she's really underneath his skin.
Attorney here. I want to ensure people that POTUS will not be in prison. Sentencing is in July I believe, but even if they impose prison, he will get out on bail pending an appeal to the NY Court of Appeals. I think this will obviously get overturned based on several things.
Hey there - I haven't been on this site for a while, but going back and reading some of my interactions and came across this exchange above, which had me in tears. Just wanted to say thank you. There was a lot of wisdom in what you said and it helped stop the bleeding. I'm not exactly where I want to be, but certainly better than where I was.
It's comments like yours that keep me coming back to these communities.
This is what non-attorneys think. They are wrong. It literally refers to the partition separating the spectators from the judge/attorneys.

I hate this is the case, but I'm an attorney and read Brunson's petition for cert for SCOTUS and it's just so poorly written. It's like a sovereign citizen with no law background wrote it. A basic tenet of law is that when pleading fraud, you have to be very specific. He wasn't. He just makes these conclusory statements without any factual background.
The case for standing is similar as well. To have standing, a Plaintiff needs to have a concrete, particularized injury. No "general grievances" are allowed. But the attorney just wrote that Brunson "has been clearly injured" and that Biden is "destroying the country". Both I agree with, but way too conclusory.
I wish a competent attorney was in charge is all.
I guess you have never heard of, nor practiced, "being the bigger man".
Have a good one.
