All I know is since I started watching Ozark, riddles like yours and why the government spends exorbitantly on what should be simple projects all make sense now. This story comes to mind

I thought the Episcopal Church was supposed to be Catholic-lite for Protestants. Guess they're going through a crisis of leadership just like us, and also the Methodists. We need to pray for all these people's conversion (Bergoglio, "Bishop" Mariann)

Is this it? Isaiah 3:12

As for my people, children are their oppressors, and women rule over them. O my people, they which lead thee cause thee to err, and destroy the way of thy paths.

Intermittent fasting is supposed to help your body turn over all the lining in your gut. Sorry I don't have a link to share ATM but autophagy helps your body clean out all the old stuff because it's not busy digesting food. I've been doing it for 2 months and lost 23 pounds, but I have a better one. I stopped drinking about 10 years ago because it made me feel terrible even with just one drink. At Thanksgiving this year, I had a few glasses of champagne and then the next day 2 beers. Normally this would put me under. But amazingly I had no hangover whatsoever. I'm not going to return to drinking, but just wanted to share how well fasting works. If you work hard to replenish your gut bacteria, give yourself a boost and try to incorporate IF as well.

Sounds like you're a Jack(lene) of all trades! We were shooting in North Carolina in a warehouse in the summer, so just thinking of that old pizza makes me want to vomit. I remember a guy came around with a heat thermometer gun, saying it was almost too hot. But they pushed through. Craft service was good to us and Sophia Bush bought us all slushies.

Thanks for sharing. Unsolved Mysteries was influential to me as a kid, it came on just after Rescue 911, then it was my bedtime. I used to watch it with my folks and listen to Coast to Coast AM (we had long commutes to the family farm late at night). It's no wonder I still dig for the truth and ended up here. About 20 years ago I was an extra on One Tree Hill. My boyfriend at the time got started doing PA work through it, afaik he's still in the business. My favorite memory was when we were shooting a party scene and someone came over the bullhorn to say "hey guys, just a reminder do NOT EAT the prop pizza, it's been sitting out for 3 days, just pretend to eat it!" LOL. I have 4 kids myself, cheers to you!

That's great. I used to read his books even as a liberal, and worked on a pastured farm that followed his model. Those lessons certainly stuck with me and helped me grow out of the bleeding heart phase.

Wow, this is amazing! He is truly a pioneer of regenerative agriculture and true conservatism. He really knows his stuff and unlike the "farm influencers" of today, actually does the work and runs his business successfully. Amazing. Way to go Mr. Salatin and the Polyface family!

My children all have the religious exemption for that reason. They would be allowed in public schools with it, but we have them in private for as long as we can manage. Ironically, the Catholic school does not accept religious exemptions. So much for being pro-life :/

Yep, they really try to pressure and guilt-trip you. No means no!

Good news is that insurance companies eventually catch on and share lists of people who do this, they get blacklisted. Then there's entire teams of investigators who get to go after them.

Also wondering if military/overseas ballot casting has changed? Decades ago my parents did that but iirc it was just mail-in. Do they have a receiving office on bases now?

I'm nervous to vote early because I don't want the cheaters to know how many midnight ballots they need to come up with. However I might go the day before in case there are problems. I'm in a different district this time around.

Very interesting, TIL about the Hebrides Revival. I pray he becomes on fire and bold in the Holy Spirit as well.

I like "trace minerals" brand supplement which contains boron. Also of note regarding salt: iirc 30% of people are iodine deficient so don't forget to get that somehow.

I love Dr. Berg. He's really helped on my intermittent fasting and keto progress and I take his electrolyte supplement. I WISH I still had a gallbladder. I went to 5 different doctors over 7 years with complaints and they all diagnosed me with tl;dr psychosomatic issues. But it was a gallbladder so blocked up it was termed a "porcelain gallbladder".

Mostly just cardio because I'm a SAHM, but I think I've found a CrossFit gym that has childcare. Thanks for the input

Thank you. Any tips/advice on getting a medical massage vs just one that feels good?

I didn't know there were different types of collagen, thanks. If you do make bone broth, add a splash of apple cider vinegar because it helps break those bones down. Another old-timer source of collagen is chicken feet but I admit I haven't eaten them myself. I just know the livestock farmer I worked for ground them up along with other scraps for the dogs and they were exceptionally beautiful and healthy.
