Its always been real. I used to know a lady that did that many times and then collected from the insurance.
They say karma catches people one day she went to the bathroom and her husband found her the next morning dead. Some kind of blood clot they figure it was from her multiple accidents. No not the vaccine this was 20 years ago.

Uhh I'm not sure really dude but vaccines of yesterday are a bit different from the blood clot death vaccine of the COVID era.

That's the rub - all the bystanders pulling out their cameras after the real crime has occurred and accusing the innocent of a crime.
Having a dash cam got me out of a corrupt cop making up a charge and got me off easy. I was going 20 over and failed to use my blinker 3 times (no excuses there).
He told me that he pulled me over for my speed and then immidiately asked me why he saw me quickly put on my seatbelt, then he switched back to why i was driving so fast, and then asked me why i wasn't wearing my seatbelt again. To which i simply responded with something like, "i don't know, my dashcam would have seen me wearing my seatbelt the whole time", while guesturing to my dashcam. as soon as i said that he went back to his car and came back with a ticket for 6 over and said have a nice day. ill gladly take that over a reckless driving charge.

I have a 3 cam dash cam system for all angles of the car. THEY HELP SO MUCH!
Literally 2 days after buying my car a few years ago a similar situation happened to me in the parking lot at work. Driver literally ran into the back of me while i was parking. Tried to act like i backed into him. Thankfully all my cameras caught everything and police and insurance took care of it. Creep even left after i talked to him to avoid the cops.
What system do you recommend? Are there any good wireless ones?
I like the brand Vantrue. They don't make wireless but the wiring part is not as hard as some may think. A few youtube videos and I was able to run all the wires behind the car trim and floor. Then the adapter to have the system run off the car fuse box.
one brand i believe called blackvue or something along those lines has cellular capabilities but very expensive imo.
Also got a large powerbank i use sometimes if I park somewhere and want the system running and not use up the car battery.
I prefer the systems that have suction cup for the front camera so i can take it off sometimes.
But dashcams are a must now a days. Way I have mine setup, some people think its a police radar setup lol.

I have a nice car but it mostly sits in the garage, I like having it at my disposal. The “toaster” gets me around to work and shopping exc. I’m not trying to impress and don’t need the extra payment. The nice car is a beautiful 1984 Jaguar XJ-6 powered by a LS3 with Air Research heads, a four door Jag with 650hp.
I've been the victim of one of these fraudsters. Their nice 2022 vehicle hit my crappy 2009. They claimed I was at fault, insurance company believed them, and now I'm paying the price for a violation on my record for the next 3 years. They got their car fixed, but mine was denied. Get a dash cam people! Front, back, and even interior to prove that you were awake, aware, and paying attention while driving.
We have no-fault insurance here, but I have a dash cam anyway, just in case...

Somebody tried to do this to my ex back in the 90s. The guy passed him going really fast, got in front of him, then slammed on the brakes. This was a Sunday morning going into downtown Norfolk, so the interstate was literally empty except for our car and theirs.
But my ex has quick reflexes and stopped the car without hitting theirs.
Good news is that insurance companies eventually catch on and share lists of people who do this, they get blacklisted. Then there's entire teams of investigators who get to go after them.
I hope she didn't get whiplash and turn the tables on those scumbags.
I think in Russia it's required for insurance purposes to have a dash cam in your car for this exact shit. Notice the one faggot look right at the dash cam and was like oh shit...
