Forming entities in Delaware is very common for tax and legal purposes. It is also common to have companies serve as register agents. I don’t think the implied nefarious activity is what you think

I put this post in the "SUSPECT" category. Why would the salutation start with "calm down niggers"?

Some valid analytical points are made:

  1. There are important SCOTUS cases pending.

  2. Avoiding Civil War has merit by making things flow thru legal channels; however, anyone with eyes to see know how fraudulent the election was. So I fail to understand how allowing a fraudulent election to stand can possibly avert Civil War.

  3. Point 6 of the text states that "he was denied a legitimate public inauguration on the steps of the Capitol" - Then why is there news footage of such?

  4. How is it treasonous to invoke the Insurrection Act?

Overall there are too many inconsistent statements for me to consider valid.

Unfortunately we don't have a truthful investigative media anymore, so yes, it's very messy to discern fact from fiction in the free-for-all approach. But since there is no alternative, we're stuck playing the hand we are dealt.

I find myself getting upset seeing "quick" posts without anyone doing in-depth research, but knowing in advance that it is the wild west, I take everything with a grain-of-salt and work on discerning the TRUTH.

Are different "opinions" ok? Is that not the essence of freedom and the 1st amendment? However, do personal attacks cause loss of credibility?

There should always be Plan A, B, C, etc.. Discussion is always good. Is it a good idea to listen to alternate paths/theories? Can there be only one path to a final solution? As steel sharpens steel so we sharpen one another. Please respect, research, and listen to other viewpoints. Should someone's thinking be dismissed out-of-hand without due consideration?

Declaration of Independence, which was passed by the Continental Congress in 1776 which affirms “That whenever any Form (sic) of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government…” This proves that the United States was founded on the idea that the people have a right to declare independence and to rule themselves through a government by the people if the government does become authoritarian or undemocratic in nature.
