In my area ibuyers like Opendoor account for 30% of the home sales. That means they’re probably bidding on nearly every home. They are both driving up prices and reducing available inventory.

With that said i call bs on this story. A house sold for 180k in 2014 now is close to 1mil? Show me any example of a 5x increase in 8 years without massive renovations.

They can't make up an illness based on symptoms because people start getting suspicious when they don't see the symptoms so they have to name it after the origin so you can't argue with your own observations.

That was my general understanding of it as well without knowing the specifics. I guess in terms of specific questions would be:

  1. How are mortgage rates <3% possible?

Assuming in an environment where your fighting inflation and when there is risk of forclosure. I.E. If I wanted to make money by loaning out money, wouldn't I be losing money with rates that low from other risks.

  1. Is the Fed the largest holder of Mortgage backed securities and rapidly increasing that position as a form of economic stimulus during COVID?

I keep thinking back to Brewsters Millions and how hard it is to spend large amounts of money, if the fed was trying to cause inflation to initiate "The Great Reset" I feel like the backing of inflated mortgages exacerbated by all cash buyers (Blackrock & such) act as an defacto printing press by creating a distrubution of cash to the population without making it look obvious.

  1. Also, any book recommendations to understand the mortgage and housing financial market?

My guess is Twitter was their "Ministry of Truth" through one of those public/private partnerships the gov loves so much and Elon had to go and mess things up.

Can anyone tell me why you would kill a whole flock if one bird gets sick?

The data insurance companies have must be pretty telling.

Here in NC the city of Raleigh is getting sued due to a surcharge for employees that didnt take the gene therapy. They are also preventing the unjabed from getting promotions (but not firing them).

I would be curious if the city would have to prove through insurance claims that “unvaccinated” have more (or as I would suspect, less) insurance claims

With an almost 10x increase in the price of fertilizer, wont other sources of raw materials now become viable processing options? Its not like Nitrogen, Phosphorous, and potassium are rare elements.

Btw this is one reason why electing RINOs is better than dems, because republicans will turn on the RINO that imposes restrictions (ie no supporters) while dems cheer for more lockdowns (still keeps nearly all their supporters)

It’s not just teaching. It’s everything. Doctors, scientists, journalists, etc. The commonality between all of them?

The whole concept of sacrificing the individual through deception for the “greater good”.

The media has been lying about everything, why should I believe then when they say Putin is the bad guy?

Everything they use to accuse Putin of doing years ago, will it turns out that’s exactly what I’ve witnessed from the democrats for the past 6 years.

That and there’s so much funky shit going on with Ukraine and Biden.

Bongino has always acted like numbers are infallible, whether it’s elections, the economy, COVID, or polls. He doesn’t seem to understand (or cares to acknowledge) that people manipulate numbers all the time.

I’ll agree with that. Thinking about it I’d rather have the stuff you Mentioned than gold/silver. It would take years to establish trades based off of gold/silver currency

Each person in the transaction would need the knowledge and supplies to perform and verify this transaction with crypto.

With physical assets you literally just hand the person.

I’m seeing benefits to Bitcoin (assuming what I’ve been told about it is true) but it is not going to be a SHTF currency

Basically every study published prior to 2020, from theoretical studies to clinical trials showed masks were useless at best.

But at the start of the pandemic it was “but COVID is different!” Science doesn’t change they just wanted an excuse to enslave people.

That is a complete misrepresentation and straight up lie about communism…

The elite have extravagant parties and eat whatever they want.
