I think this is simple. The judge came forward and said he had a conflict of interest. Durham said it was fine to proceed with him accordingly. I’m thinking because the evidence is so overwhelming, Durham could get the judge to, if he shows bias. It will be very noticeable, esp since the judge has already came forward and said this. So what better way to get this done than by “their” own judge, to a co worker(Sussman) he had from the DOJ.
