Fatality's answer seems pretty thorough.

On a simpler level... Your modem and or router could be failing, when they go you get "wavy" connections. Another poster talked about the connectors, those also cause fade. The coax or the couplers/splitters all wear out eventually. Lastly if your getting signal from a cable company your local node could have issues. Call them each time your signal fails and they'll fix it eventually to make you leave them alone.

The best part of Sunday online. Thanks!

Hard pass for me and my family as well. They've never wanted us to do something so badly. Seeing Biden threaten me repeatedly had the exact opposite effect.

It's not all roses. My kid's 21 and he's pissed at the conservative movement in general. He likes Nick Fuentes and feels like Trump 2.0 isn't helping young people much. He's not ready to vote Democrat but he's indifferent about the midterms right now. He voted straight red in 2024.

Uhm... More masculine or more gentile? It's all crap but interesting choice they made there.

This issue is like 100th on our list of problems but... Standard time is the way to roll. Anyone who gets up 6:30 or earlier can attest to how late the sun comes up in fall before we go back to regular time.

We can all celebrate not taking that shot!

My brother took it and gave me grief for not being a conformist sheep, he's had Covid 3x now. My family was banned from gatherings and his fucking Thanksgiving with all his vaxed friends turned into a super spreader event. He can suck it!

The nicotine thing may be true but...

I dip pouch tobacco (Longhorn Straight) probably about 12 per day and I got delta really bad. I was on a great vitamin protocol, and got on ivermectin, HCQ, and other meds. It absolutely kicked my ass to the point I got monoclonal antibodies. I was late 40s and in good health muscular build carrying probably 20 extra pounds well dispersed. No drugs legal or illegal, and probably have less than 10 drinks per year.

I remember dipping with covid and my mouth was so dry I could barely spit.

Decent article but a bit sloppy. Agent Ross didn't need 20 stitches after last week. That's from last summer when he got dragged by a car. Shit's gotta be bulletproof if you're using it as ammunition against a lefty.

Crap post title. This is old, posting it like this is a discredit to the site. You're gonna make someone look stupid if they believe you.

Well they're about to get their asses kicked if that's their thinking. I know they have money and nice toys but they won't know what hit them when geared-up trained killers with air and ground support come knocking.

I know this may shock you but... The problem wasn't the native born New Yorkers, Zohran won the foreign born vote by a LOT. NYC is a warning to the whole country that if you let in enough foreigners, they will vote like retards.

Yeah saying "sorry bad idea". And giving a very casual overview of the point reeks of arrogance. Keep down voting me too bro, it breaks my heart. I guess you used AI to fact me though or you'd be telling me I'm wrong...

Bro...

You didn't read what I wrote, and now you're saying I'm talking out my ass?

I am a literal expert on water fasting, biological fasting, and all things related to it. I have trained countless PCP's on how to use biological fasting to improve metabolic syndrome, inflammation, and other fat westerner conditions. I can tell you the medications that block the fasted state the most popular being Metformin (very ironic) and the fact that caffeine in excess of 100 milligrams opens up your PKA pathway and decreases the benefits of fasting. We could discuss the contraindications for engaging in actual fasting, as well as which medications need adjusting, stopping, or rule you out entirely from trying the process, but nobody cares.

In the last 20 or so years I have completed over 40 five day biological fasts.

What you are doing is very healthy and you've made some nice improvements. You are just tickling the window of an actual fast with what you do as you need to shut down all 3 of your nutrient-sensing pathways to be in an actual fast (mTOR, PKA, and IGF-1).You need to fast for 48-72 hours to shut them down (feel free to use the internet and look it up).

Good on you for losing a lot of weight, cutting carbs, and engaging in an aggressive form of TRE or IF. Time to stop talking out your ass and telling me I don't know what I'm saying or that it's a good idea for an actively sick person to not eat for 48-72 hours and try and fast their way to health.

In your earlier comment, you called 16-8 time-restricted eating a fast; it is not.

Your odds of entering a fasted state during a 16-hour window are very low. You will enjoy weight loss and some moderate clinical benefits for glucose control while doing TRE. If your last meal had any appreciable amount of carbs or glucose, you're not going to clear the glycogen from your liver in a 16-hour window to get any additional benefits

Actual fasting is wildly beneficial and triggers cellular apoptosis, autophagy, white blood cell production, and mesenchymal stem cells upon refeeding. It is dangerous when sick to engage in prolonged fasting as your immune system is suppressed by your body being in a fasted state. Your healthy cells go into hiding during an actual fast so autophagy and apoptosis can take place.

So OP should get better and then do some prolonged fasting to trigger that needed cellular cleanup and metabolic recharge.

Sorry bad idea. Fasting suppress the immune system. When you come out of fasting (re-feed) you body will create mysenchymal (sp?) stem cells and new white blood cells. It's wildly healthy but not when ill or recovering from surgical injuries.

Craziness. Kash doesn't believe in heaven so Valhalla is the best he could come up with.

If you read the comments in the NY Post article it's filled with stories of people who ran into him over the years. He sounds like he's been in and out of trouble for years. Some dude said he and a friend met him and were buying him drinks, went to take a leak and came back to find he left and stole both their coats. His suicide note said Westie for life or something like that.

Guess I'm not based enough or something. Numb nuts is in court telling his attorneys he killed Charlie. The big gotcha here is she said he wasn't texting about being killed? He talked about that quite a bit and predicted it years ago that he would die like Moses (not see the promised land).

Did she lie? Probably. She's trying to raise her kids, run the company, and keep Charlie's legacy intact. Whack ass Owens is bringing all kinds of negative and distracting energy to the situation. This is dividing the right when we need to be smashing the commies. They're coming for Trump at the midterms and we're all fighting about lapel guns and flight logs...

Crazy we're handing the left this win.
