Groups of sheep that split off from the large group can't be left to wander without a border collie to at least lead them. I agree! Up to this point (4-1/2 years), she's been with at least one of us (mom and or dad) every moment of her life minus maybe i dunno 50 hours?
However, she is an only child. I want her to experience the joys of growing up around other children as well. If there's no maskless pre-school in the Fall, then I'll work on finding a "pod" of like-minded parents that we can all meet together regularly. At this age, she is WAY beyond others educationally but good education from mom and dad will probably only work for so long.
With all due respect, I do not understand patriots putting masks on school children (3-12 year olds). Ok, for teenagers, I might tell them to push through this, just keep it under your nose, etc... But it's totally unacceptable to me to put these on children, and yet most of my people (patriots) are going along. I would have yanked my child out of school if necessary. It's been a huge disappointment for me in my fellow critical thinking patriots. I'm choosing a preschool next year, and it's my lone criteria. I found a couple schools not doing this to preschoolers and I'm totally shocked again that they weren't already filled up.

This is clownworld. If covid was killing like 5%, and the mask mandates were for N95 masks, then there might be some logic to a mask mandate, along with Vitamin D pushing (should be this anyway). These masks do nothing!! it's purely a Deep State psych operation. If we could see our own breath, the foolishness would be harder for the nazis.
I'm struggling with the vaccine question too, (especially as it relates to Trump). I will say, that if they want world population down as instructed on the Georgia Guidestones, than they would have to get rid of like 95% of the world population. And we've been able to observe that they increase their tyranny inch by inch, always swallowing up the path of least resistance. They always take the low hanging fruit, and inch their way. I think it's called the communist creep? So taking out their own sheep is totally realisitic.
That being said, I'm not sure if they would think that actually killing vast masses of populations with a vaccine will get them where they want to go and not backfire. I tend to believe they want to make us less dangerous to them first. Which may be geofencing us in with some tech, disarming us, etc....once we are harmless, then they can massage the population at will without a care in the world for optics. if they kill of 50% of the world without having the cuffs on the remaining people, than what's to stop the remaining from enacting revenge?
I'm 45. 180 lbs. taking 12,000 IU/day. last test was 59 ng/ml. (I started at 16 when covid hit).
my wife is 40. 120 lbs. taking 5,000 IU/day. her last test was 66 ng/ml.
So, that's quite a difference for 60 lbs and 5 years, so I've also attributed it to perhaps she has better gut health and absorbs it better than me.
Interesting because wheat came back as my highest food sensitivity on one of those blood tests. Maybe the lower my D is the higher the symptoms of my problem with wheat. so, if i raise my D, then less problem with the wheat.
zinc is the most common mineral in our body. I think the issue is more about getting it to crossover into the cells. so EGCG, quercetin, or hydroxicloroquine.
I do take zinc every day. I just take it with EGCG and quercetin.
that sounds like mostly a waste.
zinc with no ionophore is probably useless. C is good, but i you getting a big pharma, retail brand, it's probably useless. tonic water? we've gone over that one on here dozens of times.
before supplementing, I was testing at about 16 level. It took me months at 5,000 IU and then 10,000, and now 12,000 IU/day and my last test had me at 59!! it's amazing the health difference in all aspects of my health. Even with my GI tract. I always used to feel like I could be headed toward Crohn's, colon cancer, or some food alergies, something with my frequent runs to the bathroom, what did i eat? etc.. I even felt like I felt my intestines twitching at night while laid in bed. All that is gone now! My bm's are the way they should be. I don't have to fruitlessly watch what I eat, etc..

Kid? I should have added a caveat. I was assuming adult when I said 10,000 IU.
My Naturopathic doctor said when you are deficient and trying to load up fast, that you can do half your body weight (X1,000) in IU for 3 days.... Like if your kid is 70 lbs, than you can do a maximum of 35,000 IU for 3 days straight, and then back off to a lower daily amount. (Maybe only do like 2,000 IU for a 70 lb child.
I have a 4-1/2 year old, and I give her 800 IU/ day, via chewy smarty pants multi vitamin.
The most important is you're taking ENOUGH vitamin D. ideally you get your blood tested to see where you're at. Your D level is accumulative, meaning you got to build it up (it stores in the fat). As opposed to C which goes in and out of the body quickly. Anyhow, you have to figure out and massage the amount of Vitamin D you supplement with in order to raise your body up to that wonderful 50-90 range.
All that being said, without testing your individual needs, I figure 10,000 IU / day is a safe amount to get you out of the Covid death danger zone, while no way puts you in danger of too much Vitamin D to become a calcium problem.
THIS ^^^ 49 is an awfully convenient number as well.
