A brief take: it is absolute fact that the human psyche is bombarded from all directions all the time in this day and age. As such, only those things on repeat get embedded to memory; this is why you see this same thing done on all MSM channels, both local and National.
The difference, however, is significant despite being similar. Whereas the propaganda machine embeds low vibrational worries to keep people in panic and fear, Trump does it to reassure and lift positively. This changes low vibration, to higher vibration; i.e. hope, love, compassion, etc. People in higher vibrational states are able to think clearer, act with confidence, and generally not worry so much.
The repeat helps embed important aspects the messenger wants people to remember instead of bouncing off like so much other drivel. Take one look at Yahoo's main page as a great example of this. It's everywhere.

I can say with utmost confidence this is spin from our own DoD. We've had hypersonics since the 90's, as well as top tier undersea weapons. The Russians cannot match anything we have, as they simply do not have the budget...both on and off the books. They, and everyone else, are just now catching up to what we've had and surpassed 30+ years ago.
We have such a bump ahead in technology, there is no Nation that is within 30-50 years, or longer, of our current tech level.
