A quick fix could be neighborhoods making amendments to their HOA rules that renting homes be banned. Of course many current HOAs might be in it for the cash so they’d allow it. But that’s something local action can overcome.
Just an idea. These companies will always use their money to gain power but that power is always through people. And the vast majority of people aren’t being paid.

The video is one I saved. It was an 8+ hour virtual meeting entitled “Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee”. It aired Friday, Sept. 17, and went from 8:30am to 4:45pm ET. The timestamp in question is at 4:20:15 where Executive Director of the COVID-19 Early Treatment Fund, named Steve Kirsch, speaks about how the vaccine death to lives saved ratio was, at best, 2:1 (two deaths per life saved).
This is five months old and I’m not sure why suddenly “the FDA is claiming they were misled” based on that video.
Your title is bullshit. You can interpret the audio many different ways but saying he “threatened assassination” is sensational. Shame on you for writing that, shame on the mods for stickying this with that title, and shame on anyone who reads your title and doesn’t watch/think for themselves.
