Right off the bat this is deceiving. This is NOT durhams first trial. That would be absolutely ridiculous to appointment a prosecutor with no experience.

Durham being an avatar would be completely unprecedented and there is no evidence to even base your assumption on. Legally though you can't be prosecuted by someone that has not passed the BAR. In order to pass the BAR you have to be real.
