nobody is going to hand count millions of ballets... its always gonna be a machine.

I think the solution is multiple machines from different companies.

Say 3 different machines all verifying the others. If there is a cheat happening somehow I'm guessing its gonna show up.

unless somehow they corrupt all machines equally.

The most basic machine should be used as the final check, likely the slowest one, and also runs after the advanced machine runs. More like a backup machine that take its time and doesn't make mistakes.

The theory on the garbage in the shots was due to the speed in which the manufacturing process was created... they skipped the time needed to make sure the batches are all the same and all pure.

Internet shut down in Iran, Translation = internet off for 3.5 hours in one province of Iran

There is 31 provinces in Iran....

Observable connectivity was restored some 3.5 hours after the disruption came into place in Iran’s Kurdistan region, amid reports of at least four protesters killed by authorities. Users have also reported the disconnection or severe slowing of internet service in multiple cities since the first disruption was registered on Friday 16 September 2022. The network disruptions are likely to severely limit the public’s ability to express political discontent and communicate freely.
