To be fair, lockdowns would have stopped the spread. The truth is we didn't actually lock any shit down. Supermarkets are the biggest viral vector after schools and we kept those open.
I was "sickly" most of my life in that I had no energy to ever do anything, but my brain worked just fine. As a last ditch I went and dove into supplement research and basically used the above combined with a calcium/magnesium supplement that "cured" my long term lethargy.
