I try to spend much time in the summer barefoot in the dirt as possible. As a Ham operator, I have multiple 8 ft copper rods driven into the ground and all connected to my house (also to water pipes), it serves as a perfect 'ground' in the winter.

I might also advise researching frequencies, like 432hz and 963hz. For me it works. It's all connected.
