Hello fren, I felt this was when Obama was elected. I was stressed and planning for the worst. I learned that I have just one life, and I don't want to spend it stressing. Here it is 14 years later and the world didn't collapse. Maybe it will, and I'll be as ready as I can be at that time.... no more, no less. I know when I die, I'll be with God, and so I have peace and hope. I also know that my kids brought more joy than is possibly describable, and I was here to see it. Kids are not as expensive as people think, and God grows your income as they grow, somehow. I've never yet had the financial security that I'd like, but I chose to live and enjoy my blessings anyway.... most if not all had nothing to do with finances. So, from an older lady to your young wife: faith and fear are mutually exclusive, and we most all choose daily which will rule over us. When you see a child delighted over a peanut butter and jelly, you realize you're gonna be okay. The pictures won't be Instagram perfect, but your memories will be good and true.... and your heart will be full. Don't skip the best for fear of the worst. God bless you both.
There is a guy in NYC that does amazing chiropractic work with animals. His channel is called Animal Cracker. That might be better (and cheaper!) than surgery frem!!!
I have done a lot of grassroots work, and I too was disgusted at what I found.
I like this gentlemen. He's very articulate in countering the attacks from news hosts when invited on their shows.

I was driving with husband and kids in the car.... was at a light. Light turns green. Something caused me to pause just a little longer than I normally would have. A car csme through the light at full speed. A few seonds sooner and it would have killed all of us. ALWAYS pray for your family's safety. Our permissions we give in the heavenlies have legal weight. Always invite God into your day and decisions.... your health, everything. He saves us from so much.

I am a woman that volunteered to serve. I do not agree women should serve in combat though, for multiple reasons. Not only do periods and gear weight factor in, but men will make bad decisions in combat due to their god-given inclination to save and protect women. That said, those of us who served can and did handle a lot. We volunteered. We carried our weight in our roles and our extra duties. I prefer a predominately male work environment to this day. Just get the work done. A huge % of these "modern" women would be GIGANTIC morale killers. It would be counter productive.

The rainbow was a sign from God, after the flood, that he would never decimate the earth in that way again (by water). Instead, next time it will be by fire.... you know, like Sodom and Gamorrah? I homeschooled and "life lessons" were the most important thing I did. I was explaining stuff constantly as life happened. I just explained to my oldest son the other day the most common reasons people make real estate offers with contingencies.
I can only imagine the despair and abandonment they must feel. It is my understanding that this is like this because D.C. is not part of any of the 50 states.... therefore their legal system there is even more of a tyrannical circus. But I can't understand, either, why Trump or any of the many associated with him can't get lawyers and money on this. Why? Because it "looks bad" politically? That is disgusting. Missing years of your kids life and your family suffering is too much. This whole fiasco has been hard to follow and understand. It's such a mess. Our country is a mess.
Lord, the men in our lives are so precious. They embody your strength. Please take the burdens off of this brother of our friend, as he rests and looks to you. I pray he will cast his cares completely on you and allow you to shoulder them so he can rest in his trust of you ....and I pray you will heal him completely by your loving mercy and outstretched arm. We know Christ not only died for our sins, but your Word says that by His stripes we are healed. We therefore claim this promise for this son of yours. Amen.
