Thank you for posting this...the constant doom/gloom that seems to have overtaken this site the last few days has caused me to NOT want to even read all the comments, as has been my standard practice since I found GAW...so much really great info has come to us through the comments, sources we wouldn't have known about, cvid, ivmect, flccc, where to buy heirloom seeds, and the list could go on and on...yes, the battle continues for us all, but we have come too far, to turn back now...keep the faith, friends...GOD IS IN CHARGE, and His Chosen "David" is still on-deck...just my opinion

the first generic that pharmacy used seemed ok, but then they changed to a totally diff generic pill, shape, and THAT's when everything became untenable...i truly believe that last generic had some weird psychotic-type shit in it...the diff was amazing, no wean-off time, i just stopped taking one morning, and by that afternoon i felt like my old self again, memory fog gone...i shoulda known, pharmacy was wmart...
started taking a couple of years ago during a double loss grief period...seemed to work at first, grief tsunami crashes became waves but didn't go away...when switched to generic, was getting more depressed, mental fog, serious memory decline, even stopped driving for a couple of years...then about 6 months ago, decided to stop, and immediately my memory came back, no more deep depression that i can't handle, and i especially felt that the spiritual aspects of my life had been negatively affected by the generic...i feel like myself again, mentally, emotionally and spiritually...wish i had never started on them...just my experience...blessings for your friend...

Stand your ground, friend...there's always a way to make a buck! just doing "odd jobs" for the aging boomer population (some of us don't get on ladders any more, lol) like hanging ceiling fans, replacing batteries in smoke alarms, changing light bulbs, and a million other things...keep an open mind to the opportunities, cuz they are everywhere, when you just look around! realtor friend would take listings on the crappiest of houses, saying that he would "sell a pig's ass if he could make a buck", lol, and he was very successful...consider it a blessing that you got outta the corporate rat race, cuz in truth, the rats are winning...trust God to provide every opportunity!
CASH discount at restaurants now...just within the last week, one of my fave places, not "high end" but not cheap either, presented my check with a normal menu price, then an additional line "cash" with a 4% discount...asking about this, i was informed that since they had to raise prices, wanted to give customers an option of discount to offset the price increase...hmmm ok, but i'm wondering if there's more to this story, maybe suppliers wanting payment in cash, or simply cash-flow for restaurant...this is a local restaurant with maybe a dozen locations around dfw metroplex...another single location local restaurant is doing same cash discount thing...sign of the times?
just today, in Texas, noticed diesel 50% higher per gallon that unleaded!! and this is a rural area, so lotta trucks and farm/ranch equipment runs on diesel...bastards!

simple and inexpensive solution, if you are concerned about tap and other waters that you are around...where i live, we have well water, so after seeing stains in my white sinks, i tried zerowater brand pitcher/filters from amazon...they include a TDS (total dissolved solids, basically everything) meter with pitcher...you will be amazed at the junk allowed in tap waters...even fridge filters don't do much, if anything...highly recommend give it a try if you are concerned...

same here...was just leaving restaurant last evening with friends, standing by our cars saying our goodbyes, and all of a sudden, jet noise, at least half dozen fighter jets out of lockheed/carswell took off and circled...i was trying not to hurry off, but got in car, drove about a block, pulled into a parking spot and searched GAW to find out if SHTF while i was dining...whew, just a training run i guess...earlier, i was coming out of a large liquor store, and saw a Loomis armored vehicle double-parked right behind my car...no way was i gonna get in my car while blocked in by a cash truck, in a semi-dodgy area of town...crossfire, no thanks...paranoid much??? HELL YES I AM!! LOL
THIS is a very interesting thought, and may actually be correct! a look at what's happening in "womens sports" these days, and NOBODY (very few, i should say) in the so-called womens' empowerment movement is saying peep about it! Martina Navratilova and Billie Jean King have spoken out about how unfair this is to womens tennis, as an example...then, the Williams "sisters" story comes out...such fraud!
