Congratulations my fren!!! I had similar results. I stopped after 2 weeks but intend to start again just to see if I continue to improve.
BTW, quitting everything at once is hard on your system. Don't be afraid to take it slow.
My favorite Reagan one liner occurred when he was giving a speech shortly after he had been shot. While he was giving the speech, there was a loud noise that sounded like a gun shot, he paused, and then said "You missed me".
This doesn't smell right to me. I don't think that they're telling us the truth about who the shooter was. The guy they showed with the head wound looks more like the guy that the chans pointed out. Not to mention that they haven't said anything about the gun that was used. They're acting different than they have done in the past.
