Back pay is an issue that's pretty unfair. Why should person A in job government job A need to work with out pay and then get back pay when person B in government job B not need to work but also receive back pay?
Only people that worked should get paid.
Rule changes to increase scoring and make it safer for star players is fine.
It's the ability to choose winners/ loses, over/ unders, who gets the yards/ points is the issue. With legalized gambling sports need to be viewed legally as a fair game not entertainment that can be rigged (like it currently is, like the WWE)
