Any thing they tell you to do or not to do, just do the opposite and you will be way healthier. They have wanted us sick and dependent on their drugs to make the big pharma wealthy and most people just fall for it. Those drugs they are promoting will make you sicker and kill you. Our bodies are wonderfully made to self heal if we maintain a healthy immune system to throw off disease and illness. You need the sun. Vitamin D is very important. We need to get back to the old ways. The natural herbs and things from nature have real healing properties. They have tried to do away with all that and do everything synthetic and unnatural. They want to tell you your cholesterol is high so they can put you on something to destroy the good cholesterol that is much needed for your brain. No wonder we have so many with dementia and brain disorders.

Over 20 years ago they tried to put me on statins for my "bad cholesterol". I have concluded, from my personal research, that it's one of the biggest medical scams in our day. It's all about $$$! Profits over people. And as you said following their medicine leads to dementia and brain disorders. Then they get to sell you even more of their drugs.

Statins are worse than a scam. They cause, and accelerate, neurological degenerative diseases. over the next 5-10 years, we are going to have massive amounts of dementia patients, because of statins.

You got that right, absolutely! Most people on blood pressure meds don't need to be either. Many of those meds lead to heart problems. There are better ways. I think our society would rather take a pill thinking it is the answer than to watch what they eat, exercise and live a healthy live style.

I've been going through a stressful period for the past several months and reluctantly agreed to take a low dose BP med. I was in constant hypertensive levels. My BP did go down. However, I've been intermittent fasting, increasing exercise, lost about 10% of my weight, and now I'm only taking half of the low dose med. Soon, I intend to ditch the meds and stay more mindful of my body. My BP is nearly perfect. However my heart rate is unusually high. Normal is between 60-100 bpm. I've finally gotten it on the high side of normal, but it was over 100 pretty much all the time, as high as 150 bpm. Any advice on lowering heart rate?

Friend, try this and I promise you will see amazing results:

Wake up and take 2,000 mg of vitamin C, then 2 hrs later 2,000 L-lysinge. Important don't eat until at least an hour after L-lysinge.

It is an artery cleaner that is amazing. My resting HR went from 73 to 58

You may have had arterial fibrillation (AF). There are many forms, there are also other heart conditions that can cause elevated heart rates.

I get it, I am irregular irregular, ie no ryythm (some might miss the 10th beat). In my case they had to put me under and hit me with the paddles for a heart attack. Basically they reset the heart.

Odd thing is when it happens my heart rate goes up about 50%, but my blood pressure drops.

Anyway just get it checked out properly to make sure, AF is very common, and people live with it without too many issues. The meds are not great.

AF is something that my father has. I hadn't consider that. I've seen the doctor a couple of times trying to get this under control, and the notion hasn't come up. Thank you for the comment. I need to consider this as I research and follow up w/ "Doctors"

Less cocaine? I have the same problem, and I'm sure part of it is because of the medicine I take to stay awake (Armodafinil or Modafinil). It allows me to function. Before I finally got on that, I've done things like fall asleep on my keyboard or even fall out of my chair. Sleep Apnea and possibly mild narcolepsy are no fun.

lol, well, I'm positive that this is not the cause of my issue. It would be nice to be able to attribute the issue to a specific cause and adjust accordingly. Sadly, (...what a weird thing for me to say), this is not the cause that I can attribute my heart rate issue to.

100% Agree! Why have they gone after big tobacco all these years?? I come from a long-line of tobacco users who have all lived very long lives. I'm a user myself. I've contemplated quitting, but the more they say its bad, the more I wonder how good it actually may be....

AZ resident here. Get plenty of sun like most residents. During the plandemic, didn't know a single person who was "infected" with CV. And other than school shutdowns, life went on as usual out here during the plandemic. Hope you enjoyed your stay! Love living in AZ (15+ years now). Only thing that concerns me is some of the fraud seeping into Maricopa County. AZ is as MAGA as MAGA gets, yet supposedly voted for FJB and the Goblin. No way. No F###ing way.

Fraud is rude there. The Dems know it's a right wing stronghold. Hence the marker shit, and all sorts of election fraud.

I remember I didn't want to mail my ballot in for the 2020 election, so I took it physically to my ballot drop.

I had to hand it to his college age girl. Did NOT want to hand it to her. Wanted to place it into the machine myself, but that wasn't an option, she said she had to take it.

I reluctantly gave it over. As I had no options :( and I don't think my vote counted for Kari lake. I know you can see online that it was "counted" but I have no way of knowing if they changed my vote, did the provisional bullshit or what.

That system needs to be updated, so we know our votes are counted AND going towards who we voted for.

I never used hand sanitizer more than one time.

Once .

I went shopping at Fry's literally every single day (sometimes I would hit up FOUR Fry's in one day, to see what specials they had in the meat department. Usually got pounds of ground lamb for $1 a lb, stuff like that by deal hunting.

But yeah covid never was a thing in AZ, at least to normal people, the libtards were masked alone in their cars, but I worked the whole time, rarely washed my hands (bathroom use only) never masked, nor avoided anything at all.

Never got sick . Even got blood work done to see if I HAD had covid but no symptoms... Nope. Was never able to catch The Coof

My wife would get so mad at me when I would walk around Walmart or the grocery stores with no mask.

Not that she was sold on them but because she hating all the people confronting me and we are in SC. Really only closed a couple weeks

That's the only time I may have been injured by vaccination shit, if they had anything shady on the swabs.

But fuck those invasive tests. Dunno why they couldn't just do the spit tests, which I thought was decent as it want invasive whatsoever

Caution is still a good idea. Too much UV causes sunburn and can lead to eye problems if you brave bright sunlight without sunglasses. Glare off snowfields is damaging to sight. The sunlight cycle stimulates the production of melatonin by triggering the pineal gland. UV does not get to the retina; it is mostly absorbed by the internal fluids of the eye---and in any case, our retina cannot detect it.

Yeah I’m a mailman and my familial heritage is mostly northern cultures. I generally try and get ~2 hours of morning sun then cover up as much as possible. Long sleeves and I wear a small amount of sunscreen only on my face and neck.

I agree that uv can be bad for your eyes but I quit wearing sunglasses a couple years ago. IMO the problem isnt so much the sun but rather the environment we live. The light reflecting off concrete is extremely bright compared to a grassy field. I have to squint or block my eyes when walking in a concrete parking lot but feel fine in grassy areas.

With that being said, I wear contact lenses which do block uv. Not ideal imo but I don’t think they make ones that don’t block uv

Having worked on OTC sunscreen pharmaceuticals, I concur. Most of the chemicals I worked with in 2008-2012 are cancer agents now. As far as sunglasses, the squint mechanism caused by bright light helps trigger vitamin D production - sunglasses inhibit that - don't wear them anymore.

How does squinting from bright sun increase d production? D comes from the Sun, which gets filtered out as it enters your car through glass.

UV blocking is deliberate in the design. Same thing for intraocular lenses, although when I was working with them it was probably an inherent trait of the material we were making them from (polymethyl methacrylate).

Vitamin D is beneficial. It is associated with the things listed in this video. Some of those effects are major, like storing calcium in bones, and triggering your sleep-wake cycle. Others are minor like the effect on weight loss. Other factors play roles more than an order of magnitude more important.

Like any vitamin, there is a range in your body that it needs to do its thing. There's a level below which you're deficient and get symptoms of that, like decreased immunity. There's a level above which you get toxic effects, so you don't want to exceed it. Vitamin D has a large range to work with.

20 minutes in the sun daily, at peak hours (10A-2P), will provide enough UV exposure to keep you at normal Vit D levels if you're otherwise healthy. Some people need to supplement, especially in the winter, if they can't get outside during those hours. 400-600 IU daily is enough to maintain normal.

If you're low, you'll only know it with a blood test, which your physician will have to order. Then you replete with a supplement, following their dosing schedule. Lots of complications here, so I won't presume to start listing. Take what they tell you, if they tell you do.

You CAN overdose on Vitamin D, so I don't like people telling people to take megadoses (10,000 IU/week or more) unless they've got a doc monitoring their blood work. It's risky. Some people think they're "being healthy" taking many times more than they actually need for far longer than they should because they don't understand the physiology. It's ill-advised and potentially dangerous. With water-soluble vitamins, it's less of an issue. You just pee out the excess, but Vit D is fat-soluble and gets stored in the body's reserves. Toxicity risk can accumulate.

Like everything we consume, food, drink, or medicine, the dose makes the poison. Too much of anything can be harmful. Docs try to balance their recommendations, and what this genius in the video is complaining about is docs prioritizing advice to avoid melanoma (skin cancer) risk or similarly good reasons. He's asserting the docs are all evil and just trying to make ya sick. It's horse manure, just as much as the "health experts" telling you to take megadose Vit D just for funsies (how many of these are the ones selling you the supplements?)

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 1 ▼
– JanxyJet 1 point 313 days ago +1 / -0

Vitamin D3 you take isn't as good as a bit of sunlight. But, it's still effective, and most of have jobs that prevent us from getting sunlight during the hours that it's most useful.

It's a lot like taking vit C vs high quality red meat (has the intermediate ascorbate compounds that you convert C into), or fresh fruit. Better than nothing, when doing it better by major life changes is a bit out of reach.

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 1 ▼
– FireStarter1996 1 point 313 days ago +1 / -0

I take a high quality pure encapsulations, liquid, single ingredient D3 sourced from sheep's wool. I believe it's an artificial extraction / refinement process. Anyway, I don't notice much of a difference taking it vs not taking it in the winter. Always take it with eggs. I've done 20,000 iu / day for months. But I instantly noticed a huge difference after an hr tanning. I can't tell if any d supplements actually help or not.

Of course sunlight is the best way to get it.

But I don't have the time most days to be out in the sun for 4+ hours--especially today, where it rained for most of the day here.

I take D3 every day, largely on advice I got here years ago.

This person is a moron.

Ask any healthcare provider why they tell you to avoid the sun. You'll hear:

  1. I don't tell people that, except under certain situations
  2. I only tell fair skinned people worried about skin cancers to do that because melanoma is certifiably awful, and really all I ever mention is SPF 30+
  3. I only tell patients taking specific drugs that sensitize you to UV, so they don't end up with 3rd degree burns in a matter of minutes and spend the next 3 months in the ER wondering WTF just happened to them

I'm beyond tired of people asserting doctors are demons out there trying to get you sick and hurt just for funsies.

I've had heat stroke and migraines triggered by summer heat and sun. I just feel better staying out of it in summer most of the time so I don't look like a lobster or have a pounding headache. Interesting lady for sure. I'm thinking I may need to sign up to Instagram to hear more from her unless you can recommend another way to follow her. I'm very interested.

She has some stuff on YT and has done a few podcasts but IG seems to be her primary channel. She posts and does lives daily, and has groups to thoroughly teach. I’ve been piecing things together the last few months from her free content because she talks in riddles almost. I think the core of her message is similar to Dr. Jack Kruse, if you don’t know him you have to check him out too. If you google her she has a free book on her site (gotta give your email kind of free).

I agree with this video but I still think you take a daily Vitamin D3 and K2 as it helps protect sun burns, is an anti-inflammatory, helps move calcium around and is overall an important supplement.
