Exactly right!! Used to write bonds years ago and paying for a National Bond for “projected damages” would be in the millions in premiums!! And that is IF you could find a company to write the bond. This stops the activism in its tracks BUT did I hear correctly that the injunctions are not valid without the bond(s)?

Thank you for posting this. Most people just don’t understand that many, if not most, health problems can be caused by fungal growth. For over 20 years I owned a business doing mold/fungal removal, mostly government buildings and I can honestly say that I never got sick once and none of the crews got sick, unless they wanted to play hooky:). This led me down a rabbit hole of why. Invariably every crew member would periodically get of whiff of certain anti microbial which I firmly believed kept everyone healthy. Not all mold is bad so it’s a fine balance to try to maintain.

Private equity companies are buying the mid to large size general contracting companies in my central Midwest Region. Imo it’s the insurance industry doing an “end run” to control costs of claims since many of the Boards of Directors are the same folks. We are slowly losing free marketplace.

Act of terrorism in a riot which very well could be Federal Charges. Her future? Stay in school? Well I’ve heard that you can take a few courses in prison. Just my understanding of riots and the supposed amount of damage, probably in the $1,000’s, and the fafo effect.

Thank you. I’m thinking this bill died before making it into the “funnel” to go to the legislature floor. I’ll research and try to track it down tomorrow.

Iowa is odd. Half of what they propose is absolutely wonderful then on the other hand submit proposed legislation that absolutely screws building and home owners if they have an insurance claim. Keep fighting for your rights frens.

Some of the better volunteer firefighters I have dealt with in SC. Those darn pine needles cause a lot of fires.

Just more bs. They gotta get the flea market vendors or similar folks trying to make a few bucks on the side.

I’ve been listening to her off-and-on for over 10 years. She is a master red-piller but first she is 100% against the uniparty. The power behind the power she is after. Heck maybe she’s right and we are not seeing it 🤷‍♂️. I’m giving her more time to see how this movie plays out.

Yep. That lady would have been a proud Navy pilot slamming it down on the deck. This lady did not flare prior to touchdown BUT things we don’t know is….. it was real windy and did the plane get a huge downdraft at the point of flaring the plane? The angle of descent sure doesn’t appear so but we weren’t there. Luckily no serious injuries!

Awesome song!! I’ve never listened to the rap stuff BUT I made an exception a few years ago when I actually listened the message Tom MacDonald was saying. His music skills are improving with time.

Self employed since 1986. No risk—no reward. Just be smart and know why the “friend” is selling in only 12 years. IF it is a good deal your friend should have full confidence that the buyer will prosper and may carry a portion of the purchase price until loan rates drop to a reasonable level. If not, then I would be concerned.
