Scaramouche, Scaramouche will you do the Fandango...thunderbolts and lightning, very very frightening...
Precisely. In the right environment, especially with Mozart's concertos, it's practically as if the pieces are talking to each other. One of the joys of my life.
Bach, Handel, Beethoven, Mozart, Brahms, Tchaikovsky and Rachmaninoff for starters.
That giant cracking sound you hear is a million hearts breaking. Such sad news. I hope she gets a golden microphone where she's going, and looks down from above as we continue the fight.
Amen to that. A sweet sister has moved away from us and will be missed.
I just saw on another post that Diamond from Diamond and Silk has passed away. This is some sad news. We lost a true warrior and patriot, and a sweet lady. Damn.
This is devastating. Shit, I didn't need to hear this. These ladies were dynamic, funny, pro-Trump and a joy to listen to. Condolences to their families and friends.
Even though you don't see objectives on resumes anymore, you could put the objective "hang those commie bastards," or something to that effect 😜
There's nothing more uplifting than watching a baby laugh. I have this one video, people may have seen it, where a little baby is sitting on the couch and his dad is taking a piece of paper and tearing it in half, and the kid thinks that's the funniest thing in the world. There's another with a mother lying in bed holding newborn quadruplets, and they're laughing to beat the band.

I saw what cancer did to my father. If it comes out that there was a cure all along, the level of anger that arises will be more powerful than a hundred hydrogen bombs. He went from being a mountain of a man, 6'3" 350 pounds, to a skeletal shell of 65 pounds. I got the call when the Eisenhower was in Israel and I had to fly back to the States - must have been in the air for 20 hours or so - and what got me is that he wasn't so scared of having cancer [intestinal, stomach and colon], but he felt ashamed that three of his sons had to help him into the shower. The look on his face when he told us "I'm sorry about this, boys" will burn in my brain forever. Big pharma has a special place in hell and I hope they pay for fucking with people all these years.
Yeah, pundits in the media and elsewhere were quick to pounce on the Republicans for not just shooing McCarthy into the chair, while for each and every vote the demon rats were in lockstep with Jeffries. Maybe it's just me, but that guy is an evil, racist, hate-spewing snake. I am glad Republicans took a stand. That's the way it is supposed to work.
Well stated and appreciated. I see this every day as a teacher in a rural high school. Such a shame. Unfortunately society has been bombarded with this stuff for so long that now it is considered acceptable not to show modesty, be polite, or anything like that. When I make a comment such as "that's not very lady-like" or something to that effect, I get pushback or a stare.
This is rather disturbing.
Yeah, I kind of have an uncanny feeling too...
As long as they make it look like Chiclets, no one is the wiser.
I know, but at least you can chew it at school :)
There has to be a hidden meaning somewhere and I am missing it, on my third cup of coffee and second piece of nicotine gum 😲
I remember Darryl Stingely from the Patriots. Broken neck.
Reminds me of the old movie Number One with Charlton Heston. He suffers a hit at the end and dies on the field. His wife, Jessica Walters, walks away. Parallels to today [even though the guy's wife wasn't in attendance, but his parents were]?
Respectfully disagree. The Far Side rocked, as did Calvin & Hobbes.
As always, a great start to the day. Thanks Fester. Astley Paradox? Man that's funny 😄

Arguably the best post in a long time. This issue is right in front of God, us and everyone. Made me think of why I despise having to go to a doctor for anything or take medications for anything. I still have to [aspirin and such for an occasional headache] and some seltzer for an upset stomach, but that's about it.
There is a town in Kenya named Hawaii. Just sayin.' It amazes me how many people were duped into voting for Obama, it really does. Even his name forms an acronym: One Big Ass Mistake America. To add insult to injury, he's still running the show. I think it's going to take a little more than telling people to wake up. There has to be some sort of cataclysmic event, some reveal that just can't be ignored, to push people past the point of no return and get this country back on the right track again.
😁😁
