Inside the tunnel between Detroit USA and Windsor Canada, when you get to the middle, you will see those two entertwined flags. Fair used in all of the border areas. I grew up in the area and as a young child going back and forth I thought that those two flags were a butterfly in the tunnel! I always waited for the butterfly in the middle.
