TLDR: personal experience.. after i had same exact issue. Cavity on 1 tooth. Been using poison paste for decades. NOW I use a water pic toothbrush & water pic combo thing... I dip wet brush in baking soda & brush. Then do hot water pic. Then do 20 mins of coconut oil pulling. In 3 treatments i saw my cavity go down. It's Definitely worth your time to try! EDIT: is also making teeth whiter. For my kid too.

Been feeling the same recently. Not sure what to do about anything. I was trying this the other day at home too! I went onto my Router found all the mac addys for the house and nobody at mi casa has said poke. The neighbors def are.. one side of the house has unnamed mac addys the other side all identified. So crazy!
