I had a coworker call me Monday afternoon saying her friend who she hung out with on Sunday told her that she had Covid the next day. They were driving around in the car with ac on windows rolled up.
needless to say I was less than thrilled. I wasn’t around my coworker much but still touched stuff she touched and in the same general area. She’s unvaxed her buddy was all jaked up with the full array of shots.
I’m unvaxed. After she called I busted out the dura vet apple flavor paste figuring this was the closest encounter I have had and may as well take some doses to potentially head it off at the pass.
the paste isn’t that bad for me at least although the last couple doses I have been squeezing it on a spoon and licking the dollop up followed by a swig of water - washing it down without coating my mouth - it’s kinda appely and really not that bad.
fwiw she doesn’t have it (least yet) and I feel like I’m cool with limited exposure and applely goodness coursing through my veins

in another forum I participate in there is a thread about the football player who collapsed last night on the field but has escalated into a vax vs anti vax discussion

I find myself wanting to be mean considering how I felt when vax passports and potential loss of medical care due to not being vaxed was a potential issue
however I realize that rubbing in their face is not really my personality being mean for means sake and the Twitterfiles fauci episode supposedly happening this week has the potential to rock a good percentage of our population’s world.
may be wiser not to poke a angry tiger
