It's not a good look to have a kid call you out for the entire world to see. The walk out was a move of defeat. THEY are in charge of the meeting, not the little girl, yet she so masterfully took control with no effort whatsoever. The Court said the right to publish all statements is protected under the First Amendment. The Court also said in order to prove libel, a public official must show that what was said against them was made with actual malice – "that is, with knowledge that it was false or with reckless disregard for the truth."
Can someone explain why the audio is music and words are printed on the screen instead of actually capturing what she said? This video would be absolutely great if you didn't have to trust that she actually said what was printed. Anything could have been printed on the screen.
I'm not saying she didn't say it - I believe she did - but this will do nothing to convince anyone on the other side. They will say it is all made up.

Crap - can you do me a favor? Can you tell me if her voice is coming out of your left speaker or your right? My left speaker is dead and a new one should be here this week. I have a feeling I didn't hear the voice because it is on the left channel.
My laptop speaker blew and when I ordered one last week I ordered the wrong side (my laptop has 2 different speakers) so I had to order the left one Friday.
