I saw something where in France, some restaurants were doing the only cared thing so groups of people were going in and having a big meal. When the check came, everyone only had cash. So if you want to get the money for the food and expensive wine we just ate and drank, well, here are your options. Accept cash (legal tender), or we walk. Changed things pretty quick.

This is not quite the same as the goods and services haven't been consumed, but something along g the lines of making it an extreme pain in the ass for the merchant goes a long way.

That said, it is important to raise a stink, because these are tests to see how much we will put up with; this is a long article but one thing that stood out to me was this passage:

On July 25th, Dr. Mercola announced not only he, but also his employees and their families had been abruptly deplatformed by Chase:

(The photo of Mercola's tweet is that the bank shut down his business bank accounts along with the accounts of his CEO, CFO, AND their families - spouse and children. They refused to provide any reason for doing so and the oldest account had been active for 18 years.)

There are a lot of ways to interpret what happened. The most common interpretation has been that debanking dissidents is fast becoming the preferred way to suppress political opposition (e.g., do you remember last year when Justin Trudaeu had Canada’s banks close all the bank accounts of anyone who peacefully attended the Trucker protests against Canada’s vaccine mandates).

This is likely being pushed forward since debanking is a relatively easy way to create compliance in the population and there is an increasing risk of widespread political rebellion against the bad policies (e.g., the COVID-19 vaccine mandates) that have been pushed by governments around the world. Typically, when policies like these are done, initially small but visible tests are carried out (e.g., a lot of people can clearly see what was done to the families of Dr. Mercola’s employees was wrong) to gauge how the public will react to them and if that tyranny can be normalized.

I have loathed Chase for years. I eagerly await the demise of those MFs...

It is really neat to see the enthusiasm in the young.

Our priest has told this story several times this year, because it has tickled him so much; there was a young girl earlier this year who was getting her first communion. She asked him if she could do another confession before the service "so I can be extra holy". Sweet.

I think your theory of HB and the trafficking colliding has merit. But for as sleazy as HB is, something tells me, JB is worse - HB didn't get that way in a vacuum. The argument of "he's not running for president" completely falls apart as the drips about Joe's dirty laundry are coming to light.

What I am not clear on is how - and will they allow him to save face? Don't know...

I do not disagree, but 30 years ago, prior to enacting term limits, things were a bit more, shall we say, balanced.

I have mixed feelings about term limits. CA has term limits and it got worse. All they do is jump from job to job and it is an unaccountable faceless bureaucracy running the show. I wonder now if that was by design or an unintended consequence they just took advantage of - who knows?

Several years ago, I talked with someone who was a lobbyist in Sacramento for the insurance industry. She said she hated term limits because just as people were getting up to speed, they would term out and she had to start from ground zero to get them to understand the basics. She had worked pre-term limits and said while there were challenges, people understood the issues. Today, representatives tend to be 10 miles wide and 10 inches deep on any topic, which is a big part of the problem.

I would like to see term limits expanded to include something like you have to sit out a couple of cycles before you can run and no sitting on lobbying boards. It is not your career.

I hear you - I am 55. Nancy Pelosi has held her seat since I could first vote.

This is the kind of drop that would have TPTB shaking their fists about "that durn Qanon" because as more shit comes to light about Biden Inc., a normie might see this, look at the date and say "wait, what?"

I am looking forward to this.

I remember going to the movies as a teenager and in my 20s and excited to see previews but there would only be a few. I have only seen a couple of movies in theaters over the last couple of years but the previews seem to be almost half an hour now.

I saw SoF at a matinee that said the showtime started at 12:10. I got there at noon, sat down and didn't get out until 3pm. I remember thinking I must be seeing every upcoming Angel Studios film.

A decent movie in terms of success is in theaters for 4-5 weeks. SoF is on that track.

Good overview:

They fundamentally do not understand that this man has zero fucks to give.

I didn't realize they are trying to Bernie him. But he ain't Bernie.

Excellent clip on this: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=iGv5yCKQbS4&pp=ygUSUGJkIGRhdmUgcnViaW4gcmZr

I don't agree with all the theories, but the point of his being a true believer and the attractiveness of it is pretty spot on.

I really like number 10. And I think it is probably what keeps them up at night.

I love VDH. He is so....calm.

(I listened to a podcast once, where he told the story of an piece he wrote that apparently annoyed the CCP. He got a visit in his office from a representative offering gifts which he declined and she was apparently dressed rather provocatively. She tried to get him to go out to dinner to talk more and he again declined and she left. Thought it was odd, but oh well. Fast forward to the news about Fang Fang and Swawell breaking and he gets a call from his assistant saying "OMG, that's HER!")

I read MWD piece on Gardasil, which before CV, was considered the most dangerous vax. The control wasn't saline, it was aluminum.

To "solve" this problem, Merck came up with the ingenious solution to have their new adjuvant be the "placebo" and then have the vaccine's safety be evaluated based on how much worse it was than the "placebo" rather than those observed from a trustworthy saline placebo.

I met someone for lunch today in a town in Silicon Valley. Very limo liberal types. Street is still blocked off for CV outdoor dining, although to be fair, I think people like it now in the nicer weather, and it was high 70s.

There was a booth in front of the bank. PRO-Trump. I was flabbergasted. Some people were talking to them. I didn't have time to stop, but I may go back next week and see what's up.

You have to understand that there is a mass of people here who would rather cut off an arm than acknowledge anything positive about DJT. The tide is shifting...

Didn't they have another son? Maybe threatened him if they didn't drop it? I have no way of knowing that of course but I would not put it past the bastards.

Ed Dowd made a reference to the manipulation of the CDC data making the vaccine appear safe by making an analogy to WorldCom. WorldCom committed reclassification fraud and went bankrupt after it was discovered that they were reclassifying operating expenses as capital expenses. Capital expenses are amortized over years…they were trying to make cash flow look better since their stock was valued on EBITDA.

Meta is also a public company and I would not be surprised if they were manipulating the Threads data. Would be interesting to track the stock.

I was listening to a podcast with Col. Douglas MacGregor and he was of the opinion that Biden wouldn't last the year. When someone asked for clarification, on if that meant death, 25th amendment, etc., another responded that they would do it in a way that allows him to save face and I tend to agree. What happens next is anyone's guess, but he did opine that there is a chance there won't be a 2024 election.

On RFK Jr. - I don't think he would accept VP, even if they offered it.
