As we all know, multiple homes around the McCloskeys were attacked, making what the McCloskeys did a legitimate defense.

The major announcement will be that you have awhile to wait before a major announcement that will be the big one, for real this time, definitely

Plenty of Mennonites been doing this for years to protest that you can't stop your tax money from killing people (considered a sin in many cultures)

In English, "you" is simultaneously singular and plural, and which is which must be sussed out based on context.

Because English is a mongrel language with very very few strict rules

Because they have Serbian culture instead of American culture. They have a real culture that can be traced back millennia, instead of a cargo cult made of the people too British for the British floating on a land once rich in tradition that was genocided away. Australia would be just like America if they didn't ban everything to keep the culture from becoming like ours. Stronger cultures with real roots in their land can do things we can't.

The reason is because the narrative is that the AR-15 was designed to kill many people quickly with a minimum of training, and that only vetted agents of the state should be able to kill multiple humans so quickly. Since, you know, it's not really a great hunting gun. It's a gun for causing a lot of death. Some people don't like that!

You don't prevent forest fires by giving people more matches. Meanwhile, there are countries with less matches than us and less proverbial forest fires. I wonder why that is

Oh hey, I saw this over on Mastodon. Yeah, communists have been saying this for a while.

Y'all are aware that leftists have been saying and spreading this since February, right? Not liberals, actual leftists. Why did it take y'all this long?

None of this is going to happen. Just as you have been wrong for the past two years, you will continue to be wrong as long as you expect justice from the American legal process.

See you in November when you have a new one.

And y'all wonder why people call for police abolition

Wait, so you don't get to tell people what your name is? 😅 Also, that's not what fascists do. Don't need to get spicy about it.

I can imagine you're real fun at parties. "YOUR NAME IS DAVID YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO DICTATE TO ME THAT YOUR NAME IS DAVE"

That would require a major restructuring of the powers of the Executive Branch and would be a massive violation of state's rights.

What about for intersex people? They are often left out of this discussion, having only just come out of the era where they would all have their genitals mutilated and lied to from birth, told "they were a normal girl" despite this simply not being the case. Surely they have the right to self-determination? Surely they know more about what and who they are than a stranger on the street?

For children with "normal"-appearing genitals but a hormonal sex that does not match those genitals, we have hormone replacement therapy, and have for a couple decades now. I understand that it's bad to let trans children use this therapy, and it's only to be used for correcting slight hormonal defects in good children. But for those born with a sexual phenotype other than XX or XY (XXY being the most common, but there are variations, there are billions of humans after all, there's gonna be plenty of variance), surely they should be able to choose how others refer to them, and with respect?

A lot of this is really good advice but a major factor it ignores just how much plastic has invaded our bodies since 1900. Newborn infants today have plastic in their poop. I'm not saying that having refined fossil fuels that don't degrade in our bodies is definitely causing cancer, but it's not helping us.

You know those square plastic tabs that hold the bread bag closed? We consume one of those a week. And by we, I mean the majority of humans on the planet.

They can clone sheep and dogs, but they're still born as babies. A Dave Chappelle clone would have to have been made within ten years of the real Dave Chappelle, and raised and trained to copy the mannerisms of what is still a different human with completely different memories and I'm gonna be honest, I don't think anyone's plans are that specific.

Well, he was a human trafficker and rapist who had a personal Bible with all mentions of Christ's divinity removed, and was instrumental in getting the capitol of the country moved from NYC, a town he was never a big fan of. I can see why they wouldn't want him there.

Plus, he invented swivel chairs and the NYCCC is famous for their hatred of rotating furniture.

Given that the tweet about this news story from February inaccurately summarizes the article, making readers believe that this is something where Washington and Beijing are giving consistent messaging, which they are not, shitpost may be accurate.

Being accurate about which "facts" the administrations publicly agree on and which ones they don't matters, even in a seemingly silly example such as this one. Not that I have anything against silliness.

Diabetes isn't transmitted through aerosolized exhalation particles.

Also, the Republicans would never go for something that so impinges on a purely personal choice such as eating.
