I have thought about this as well. I'm gay, but except for this comment, you wouldn't know it. My husband and I keep to ourselves, despise "LGBT" community folk, and don't really talk about stuff like that anyways. I've read in the past that someone like me could be arrested in Russia, but I have a feeling that is just overblown western propaganda. Could you give me your thoughts on the social climate in Russia?
I used to shop at Albertsons. A little over a year ago, I walked in without a mask. A huge, lumpy woman who could barely catch her breath was sitting near the shopping carts with a walkie talkie. She sheepishly waved hello at me and welcomed me.
A few minutes later, while I was shopping, aanother woman approached me with a walkie talkie in hand. She claimed to be the manager, and asked if I had a mask. I said "no." She proceeded to tell me I needed a mask to shop there. I put down the basket I was holding and told her that I'd take my business elsewhere.
As I was leaving the store, I passed the fat woman on the way out. She was still looking terminal, struggling to sit in a small chair by the door. In the most annoying, smug tone I've ever heard, she said "Have a nice day." I wanted to cut that shit-eating grin off of her face.
This is disgusting. Get your kids out of public school instead of cheerleading for a nanny state. You are just as bad of a "big brother" as the government if you have to record your kids every day. They are humans who need a sense of privacy and self like anyone else.
Law != morality, and I am particularly fed up with the "American Judicial System." It does not exist in its current state because of good-faith efforts by our representatives, so to me it is neither honorable nor moral to follow its lead. In fact, I'd say following certain laws is a big part of the problem right now.
I don't like this. There is a difference to me between being an asshole and telling someone to kill himself, and tricking someone into killing himself. Based on the article you linked, she was exercising free speech in my opinion and should not have been charged.
Maybe he doesn't disagree with the message in the comment, but thinks some of it is untrue?
