Maybe they have a strict vetting process of only hiring people they know at the moment? To avoid any kind of infiltration or sabotage. Perhaps they'll start to hire more people when they get on their feet? Not sure, just theorizing here.

There is a sensitive content message appearing on certain posts and having to click the button to show said post. I’ve seen it on maybe 5 posts total, I’ve been on for a few weeks now and there was 1 of those that wasn’t ‘sensitive’ at all

It's showing up on posts that say things like 'simon is a kid touching faggot skank' which I personally see no problem with. Clicking on a message to see something is better than getting disappeared for saying Trump won, Bill Clinton is a rapist; like the leading platforms.
