Both Manasco and Moorer were nominated by PDJT. Not sure if they're rinos or if they legitimately think that the timing of the constitutionally-sound redistricting is too "confusing" for the voters. (A repeated theme in some of the articles I've perused on this). The third judge, Marcus, appointed by Slick Willy, appears to be strongly pro-lgbxyz. You can go look at the bios for each on wiki, but the below sentence is from the "Notable cases" section of Marcus's bio.

There are decent, non-pedophile LGB+ parents who've adopted and raised their children, so not to denigrate them or paint them with a broad brush including pedos, but it's a notable leftist-oriented judicial stance and with so many horror stories coming out of abused adopted children in that community, it raises a red flag these days where activist leftist judges are considered. These activist leftist judges are currently releasing hardcore, violent criminals and pedophiles back out on the streets to reoffend and terrorize communities so one has to wonder if they care about citizens' rights and safety or if they're in line with marxist strategies to destroy the country from within.

It looks to me like a clear violation of color-blind justice as they're attempting to make accomodations for a racial group (perhaps to the detriment of another racial group) where representation is concerned. If THIS is their argument, perhaps they should do some soul-searching and ask themselves if they'd be okay with a "White Belt". Blatantly racist, IMO. We have citizens of all races and they shouldn't be carved up into racial "districts". The demonrats just can't seem to relinquish their plantation mentality - keep 'em corralled in a geographic area so they're easier to "control"/manipulate with targeted, deceptive messaging.

Exactly. But I don't think these antiboomers, as I call them, realize just what was done to them in the "education" (indoctrination) system starting at a young age. The first time I recall having a "professor" try and push the ageism (against my parents) was in college and I told him to pound sand. He never tried that with me again. I'm sure they target these kids MUCH younger since then.
And aside from being unintelligent and immature - imbecilic, as you stated - to use a date range as a blanket behavioral indicator (might as well choose eye color or height and link it to behavior), this antiboomer attitude is linked to another marxist strategy - the blame game. One final note - I had amazing parents. This one is an interesting conundrum and could certainly prove to be an interesting political race. I saw a video on this yesterday (link below). I personally think DWS is one of the most repugnant individuals in the country, but I cannot agree with the black caucus on this issue when they feel that only blacks should be permitted to (not legally, but ethically) run for office in a heavily black district.
Will FNM start aggressively promoting DWS over the other candidates? We know the DS loves DWS as she's one of their most shameless attack dogs, but will they have the chutzpah to try and elevate her with their usual tactics? They'll dig dirt up on the others while touting DWS as "experienced", probably put her in some town hall settings with their paid marxist agents asking DWS prepared questions which they can subsequently use as sound bites in her campaign. If they have dirt on one of the black candidates (non-public dirt as they already have the previously exposed - for ethics violations - Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick in the race), they'll likely promote that one to the head of the black slate then pull the rug at the last minute, release the dirt, to catapult DWS into the lead position. Watch carefully during her campaign for the weasel words and emotional triggers she uses. She's going to be walking the tightrope on this one, but she's good at spinning narratives.
The conundrum comes into play in that, if they succeed in installing DWS in that district (perhaps through voter fraud as that area is still largely blue-infested) many more black democrats are going to have their eyes opened to the corruption in their own party. Maybe they'll start connecting the dots. I'm pretty sure they'll at least do their best to shove DWS into position as they really don't want to relinquish the power that little, rabid, seasoned pol has dutifully wielded for them.

I'm doubting this is real because HOAs generally check with their lawyers before making proclamations regarding rules and restrictions. According to the below video (Laura Ingraham, 2 minutes long, starting at 1:09) a couple weeks ago he radioed in from his car in a race at Watkins Glen to have a doctor meet him after the checkered flag. At that time he had "a pretty substantial cough". The video earlier mentioned he was hospitalized earlier this week with "an unspecified illness". I'm sure the car was scrubbed clean shortly afterwards, but in our crazy world I wonder if some substance might have been sprayed inside it (or otherwise - elsewhere introduced near him) to cause severe health problems. I agree with others here that a detailed toxicology test with the autopsy needs to be performed.

Property taxes and property insurance are out-of-control in too many areas. I hope PDJT can start crushing insurance companies SOON as too many people are getting squeezed really badly by these crooks. And states need to adopt programs like Florida's FAFO to uncover the fraud in these local governments (marxist and rino infested) that are grifting at taxpayers' expense as they jack up property taxes. (Off the top of my head, FAFO has uncovered about $2B - billion - so far in wasteful and/or DEI BS spending and they only audited about a dozen cities so far). With the DS getting kneecapped financially I expect this will get worse before it gets better.

Just a question about how - or why - this happens. Typically when you get a mortgage (at least where I've owned) you have a contract that basically states that you borrowed $XX and agree to pay it in monthly installments over a period of several years or decades. Typically, if valuations rise there's absolutely no impact on your mortgage. If, however, valuations decline, the bank/lender may ask for money to cover their exposure if the home is now worth less than what you still owe them on the mortgage. I've actually never heard of mortgages rising on valuation increases though property taxes generally do. Even with an adjustable rate it's still tied to what you borrowed (minus what you've already paid in principal), not to the property value on valuation increases.

We should be able to help this boomerang along a bit if we're strategic about it. The right doesn't GAF if the perpetrators are Republican or demonrat (we want ALL these cheaters locked up), but the hypocritical left only cares about bad players on the right, turns their usual blind eye to the crimes of their own party regardless of how egregious they are.
We know the political turds of the demonrat party have been claiming there's going to be widespread election fraud by the right (which just is not true as the VAST majority of cheating is done by lefty losers and fraudsters), likely why the cited poll shows how lefty lemmings are increasingly losing confidence in elections. (See the first quote from the article, below).
In any case, the demonrat pols are whipping up their lemming base because they know they're going to lose BIGLY in the midterms (with notable pockets of unchecked fraud, I'm sure). They want civil war, want to whip up the lemmings into a froth and then they'll start screaming "Revolt !!!" while they encourage violence. We can read the proverbial tea leaves, doesn't take a rocket scientist to foresee DS behavior as they lose control.
So if we can highlight the bad apples from the right (eg- See the second quote from the article, below) and urge the lemmings to DEMAND tighter controls on elections, even going to paper ballots, one day voting, hand-counting with representatives from both major parties as observers (videotaped would be my preference) as this is the best way to make sure THEIR votes are counted. While they largely delude themselves into thinking their side is "honest" (and oh-so-virtuous), I'm of the opinion that the average leftist does not care if the demonrats cheat to win, but care very much if the other side does.
So leverage the bad apples on the right, deplorable as they are for having cheated, by citing them as examples to whip the lefty lemmings into demanding transparency in elections. Boom-erang the demonrat pols' sad attempts at "predictive programming" (in a futile attempt to circumvent an almost guaranteed spectacular defeat at the midterms or start civil war afterwards) into having their own base helping to create fairer elections in November. We know the beastly DS demonrats will try to burn everything down when they lose control, but after they get squashed like bugs for their violence and rioting, they'll likely turn to their remaining DS-installed, so-called "judges" to start throwing wrenches into the peaceful transfer of power. We can give them a few less legs to stand on as we tighten up the elections across the country.
