She totally misses the point because the decision to announce the ruling early was made due to logistics as they needed time for Louisiana to redraw the map and hold another primary for congressional seats in the state if needed. (Louisiana could revert back to old law (one more time) for US House races. That is going to have to be a decision by the legislature.) Even Kagan and the Wise Latina are rolling with the court's program. They may not agree with the overall decision, but they know that waiting until June 30 for this decision is not going to be a good idea.
